Employees that greet customers at the Service center are rude and dismissive about issues my brand new car was having. Horrible experience. I purchased another Toyota after my Prius broke down because I appreciated the customer service of Wondries Toyota in the past. Not anymore. I will not be returning to wondering Toyota due to my terrible experience. I hope you can hire employees that actually care about customer service and about their job.

What can I say?
What can I say? I only have service for my car twice a year and so far everything seems to be OK. Haven’t needed to do any repair work on my 2015 Prius so far and I drive very little. Not happy that I already have to replace my touch screen radio. It appears to be an expensive proposition .
