Easy, no pressure process! Great sales and business team! Would use them again in a heartbeat! They were great throughout the entire process and made it easy to get a quality used car!

2 vehicles serviced

Marty and his team quickly had 2 vehicles serviced for us within a few days of each other, both professionally done, in a timely manner and with no issues. Great job done by all, recommend these KIA service professionals.

They weren’t wearing masks or distancing!

I was totally surprised that NOT 1 person was wearing a mask or practicing social distancing. I’m high risk so it’s VERY IMPORTANT to me. When I asked why an employee said “our owner doesn’t believe in it, so we don’t have to”. So I spent 2.5 hours OUTSIDE waiting on my car. Also they made no effort to find me when my car was done either. I don’t know if they even fixed the item that was under a recall. The guy at the service desk talked so fast I couldn’t even understand him when I asked what exactly was recalled. I think I’ll take my vehicle to Fort Collins if there’s any more recalls. In the middle of a pandemic and they refuse to keep themselves or the customers safe. Very reckless!!!

amazing customer service marti always there for us

KIA of Cheyenne is the best

I've had nothing but good experiences at the KIA in Cheyenne. Staff is always friendly and competent. They go the extra mile to help you keep your car going and keep the customer happy. I bought my Optima here 11 years ago. Have been going to them for maintenance and upkeep the whole time. No complaints! They take care of you!

Service was provided in a timely fashion. Drinks and snacks were provided. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Everything they did was explained in detail. No questions were left unanswered. They even vacuumed the inside and a complete car wash was provided. I was very impressed! Thank you😊

Love my new KIA!

Ed was amazingly patient with me and listened to what I wanted. Never once did he defer to my husband or act as if I was invisible. Our finances need help, badly. It took the finance department a week to find us a loan we could all agree on. They did not give up on us. Although we were looking for a used vehicle Ed found us a 2020 for less than some of the old, used cars in town. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase.

Awful

Made an appointment, told them exactly what it was for, could not get the job done within 26 hours. My company will never use them again. Not the first time for bad service.

Awful place, check your contract before you sign!!

I agreed to a deal on a truck for my kid, I came from out-of-state we signed a contract and then two days later they called me and said I need to sign a new deal with a higher interest rate. I said I'd sign at a higher interest rate if they honored the price and just discounted the car and they said they would. Either way I was going sign a new contract or give the car back. They didn't honor that deal again so I ended up giving the keys back. I've bough and financed 5 cars in my life, they're all shady dealerships but this one takes the cake.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff

I went in to look at a particular model but soon realized it wasn't the one for me. The salesman easily guided me to the next model. The salesman and other staff that I encountered were all friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. They were also patient as it took me quite a long time to decide exactly what I wanted. They went out of their way to find the exact exterior and interior color that I wanted and went to another dealer to pick it up the same day. All in all this was an easy and pleasant vehicle purchase.
