Ashley first contacted me via text message or email based on my online search for a vehicle. She was very focused on my needs and had a vehicle ready for me to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. The entire process was seamless… Derrick, in the financial department, was very helpful, having a knowledge of not just Honda, but the automobile industry in general. All of the managers that I worked with were also very personable and accommodating. I’m very pleased with my new 2025 Honda EX-L!

Rating: 1/5 I recently visited McLarty Honda in Little Rock, Arkansas, to look at a Honda CR-V. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional attitude of the salesperson, Lamar. Instead of answering my questions, they made inappropriate comments like, “Are you actually going to buy the car, or are you wasting my time?” This is not something anyone wants to hear when they’re trying to make an informed decision. They even seemed to judge the fact that I was looking at other dealerships, which is a standard part of the car-buying process. It’s my choice to cross-shop, and I found their behavior intrusive and unprofessional. Overall, I left with a very negative impression of the dealership. It felt like they were trying to sell something quickly, rather than helping a customer with a major purchase. I would not recommend this dealership if you’re looking for respectful and attentive service.

As a loyal customer for over 10 years, my recent service

As a loyal customer for over 10 years, my recent service visit was deeply disappointing and frustrating. I was falsely accused of stealing my property without properly investigating by the service representative Sam. After escalating the situation to upper management via email, I was contacted within 24 hours with an apology by Mr. Hancock. Four hours later I received a phone call from Sam stating he apologized for MY perception of the accusation and threat he sent me in a phone text not for sending the text but for the way I perceived the text.

The salesman I had, Orian was extremely caring and nice, never felt pressured about anything. He kept everything honest. He made the long process of buying a car enjoyable.
