Best car buying experience!

I have purchased at least 10 vehicles in my life time from a variety of car dealerships, and this one was my absolute best experience! I drove an hour away from my nearest Honda dealership because of the poor customer service I had received there previously. At McLarty,the salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, focused on me and respected my time. This was the only purchase I have made where I did not get frustrated at some point during the process. Everyone was friendly from the person who greeted me upon arrival, to the salesman, to the finance representative! I will absolutely return there for my future business!!!

Certified Honda

I bought the CRV as a certified Honda from the Carfax report on Cars.com. Mclarty Honda doesn't recognize this? False advertising I guess? The drivers side heater doesn't work. Otherwise, it seems to be a good car.

Smooth process!

Everything went smoothly , and salesman and finance person did everything to accommodate us! Thank you Mclarty Honda for making this process easy, pleasant and exciting !

Buying experience was smooth & professional

We bought a second CRV in 2.5 years from salesman Doug Benning. He does not apply pressure, just works with us to be sure we get the right vehicle for our needs. He patiently answers all of our questions and makes sure we approve of each phase of the buying experience. We would definitely work with him again. Also worked with Derrick Anderson and Reece Hancock and appreciated their professionalism. In addition, we use McLarty Honda for service and, overall, have been pleased.

Detailer

The detailer needs to be better. I might just be to picky. The wiping down of the interior could have been better along. Even throw in some paper floor mats since it didnt have any. Other then that salesman was great.

This was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership, bad choice because this place makes me never want to purchase a car from a dealership again! I bought a vehicle here, within two weeks my check engine light came on and I had to get over $1,000 work done. I have had my car for less than six months and I have had over $3,000 worth of problems. In short, I got sold a lemon thinking it has fully inspected by Mcclarty Honda, thanks for screwing me over!

Such a positive experience working with McLarty Honda! Personally worked with Reece Hancock, Kevin Berry, Darrell Taylor, Derrick Anderson. Wonderful, knowledgeable, did not pressure, just helped me to find what I wanted. Highly recommend the team at McLarty Honda, you will be treated like a friend!

Internet inquiry was quickly answered. Whitney was competent, knowledgeable and so pleasant to speak with. She worked hard to earn our business. The entire buying process was accomplished in a surprisingly short time. I am very pleased with the service.

service sucks, will rip you off for services

worst service dept ever, will sell you things you dont need and charge you for services not provided. they dont care about customers, except the ones that are friends of the dealership

Gary Ashford excellent service

Have had excellent service there with my old CRV. Just purchased a new CRV. Gary Ashford was my salesperson and provided me with excellent service in guiding me through the process. Couldn’t have been better!
