Car was ready when promised, and service was completed. I’m happy. Lots of comfortable chairs, free coffee, bottled water and some snacks available while I waited.

We took our car in for some issues that turned out to be more complicated than expected. We were well taken care of by Service Manager, Shane. His help with our situation was truly amazing, and I will definitely be going back to this dealership because of him!!

He made me feel at ease. I did not feel pressured and you guys had darn near exactly what I was looking for at a price I could handle. We had a very good experience with McLarty Honda! Brian was a non-pushy salesperson, very knowledgeable and helpful, explained options, and had a pleasant demeanor. Jonathan was helpful on the finances. My only suggestion would be to streamline the checkout process. It took too long. But we are pleased with the personnel and with our purchase!
