CR-V purchase at Findlay Honda, Flagstaff
Lynn Selby helped us when we bought our 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid at Findlay Honda in Flagstaff. His explanation of the car's features and characteristics was very thorough and helpful. We really appreciated his friendliness and personable manner. The other staff that we interacted with at Findlay were very pleasant and helpful, too.

Fantastic experience
The most outstanding customer service of any dealership I’ve experienced. I had my truck towed here after breaking down on the highway. The service department and manager went beyond expectations to fix the problem which ended up being irreparable. Nonetheless, they offered to buy the truck despite the fact it needed a new engine. They were generous their offer. I ended up buying my new truck here and continued to receive superb customer service. I live in northern New Mexico and was driving through the area on business but I wouldn’t hesitate a moment to buy from here again despite it being 6 hours from my home!

We set up the appointment to have some recall work done.
We set up the appointment to have some recall work done. When we got there they said it would be 2 1/2 hours; it ended up being 4 1/2 hours and one of the parts wasn’t available even though I set up the appointment early.
