We can't thank the service team enough for getting us

We can't thank the service team enough for getting us back on the road for our cross-country move. We left San Diego on May 5th for our move to CT and were 500 miles in on day 1 of our 3,000 mile journey when we stopped in Flagstaff for gas. The engine was vibrating and making a strange noise. Immediately searched for nearest Honda dealership and found it was only a few miles away. Pulled in at 4:30 PM as service department was getting ready to close on a Friday night. When we pulled in, everyone in servicing was so friendly and helpful and came to check out our issue. We were fortunate that service manager (and master technician) Jon Begay had stopped in on his day off. He immediately diagnosed it as a water pump issue. They did not have the part in stock but immediately ordered one from Phoenix and said it would be in at 10 AM and they could have us back on the road by 2 PM, then helped us locate a nearby hotel and shuttled us there. At 10:30 the next morning we called to verify that the part had arrived. To our surprise they said the part had arrived overnight and the first technician jumped into action when he came in next morning. It was finished and they would send the shuttle to come back and pick us up. We couldn't believe our good fortune that we had the issue right next to such a great Honda dealership service department. Thank you to all in servicing there. We made it safely the rest of the way across country without any issues. Gratefully, John Sollars

Cemone was very insightful and was able to help me fall

Cemone was very insightful and was able to help me fall more in love with the car before purchasing. The entire dealership staff were friendly and quick to get my paperwork signed and me out the door in my sweet new ride!

I had a 2007 Honda CR-V for 16 years, called her Goat

I had a 2007 Honda CR-V for 16 years, called her Goat because she got me everywhere I wanted to be. I LOVED her! Yesterday was her retirement day after close to 200K miles. Today I can't stop smiling in my 2023 CR-V EXL. Holy cow does this baby have everything! I didn't even know I could have all of these wonderful options. I will love this one too and I'm sure it will get me where I want to go for many many miles and years! I got a great deal and everyone I came into contact with was fantastic! Lynn and Alicia....you both went above and beyond walking me through the process. Thank you so much!

Service Department was excellent!

Took my 2023 Honda Odyssey in for its first service. Staff courteous and service was prompt. Have had several cars serviced at this excellent facility.

Afternoon appointment.

Afternoon appointment. Diagnosed the initial problem quickly, then found some underlying issues that took more time than expected. Had to keep the car overnight and their shuttle had stopped running by that time. Ryan, the service manager gave us a ride home, a 30 minute drive from the dealership. Great service. The car is running well.

I had a recent service appoinment for my 2014 Ridgeline,

I had a recent service appoinment for my 2014 Ridgeline, timing belt, water pump, all fluids etc, so being from a small town without a Honda dealership I made the appointment at Findlay Honda in Flagstaff. They knew I was from out-of-town and also knew bad weather was in the forecast. I had made a reservation at a nearby hotel and expected a two day stay. But to my surprise the tech who was working on my Ridgeline worked overtime that evening anf by 12:30 pm the following day my truck was ready for pickup. I made it back home before the weather hit and interstate 40 was shutdown. If the tech and the service managers had not worked together I would still be in Flagstaff, what a remarkable dealership. I want to thank the tech and the service managers for a job so well done, thank you all.
