You drop your car off with a very polite person.

You drop your car off with a very polite person. Then it becomes automated. You get a text with a link to list a bunch of extra upsells. If you click on anything, you agree to the upsold service. Minimal human interaction. Most places call you with additional recommendations and explanations and ACCURATE estimates. I was upsold on replacement struts, because I clicked on the link thinking it would give more information, nope, it authorized the repair. Low ball estimate on website ($648 for BOTH STRUTS), ended up being a lot more (Over $1200). And it wasn't done correctly... Less than a month after having the struts replaced, I heard this loud rumbling noise.I though it was a spare tire issue. It was the strut that they just replaced, the bolt had been stripped and was loose. The tire shop said Nucar clearly messed this up. I have contacted Nucar, and since its hard to get a human to talk to, I leave this review. I am willing to delete and/or update this review if they make things right.

Great information from Tom, but I think Hannah misunderstood my email back to Tom. It would be better to be able to get an email back from the person emailed, not someone else.

The reality is that you attempted to pressure us into giving you a free cargo tray by threatening to write a ‘horrible review’ about our dealership, our salesperson, and Nucar as a whole. When we refused to be bullied into giving you something for free, you followed through on your threat. We believe in treating all customers fairly and respectfully, but we will not reward dishonest tactics.

I already went in and spoke with the sales person and the finance manager and both sent me away. You guys said the deal is done and you cant do nothing about it. I was approved to a vehicle I really wanted and they lied to me that I didn’t get approved to put me into a vehicle that I hated. They are a bunch of scam artist they do all that just to fatten their pockets and keep the promotion money.

I recently visited Nucar Honda of Norwood, and while my experience started off positively thanks to a fantastic salesman, it quickly took a turn for the worse due to the unprofessional behavior of the closing manager. The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right vehicle. However, when it came time to discuss pricing with the closing manager, the experience soured. The manager's attitude was dismissive, and he made it clear that the dealership had no intention of negotiating on the price, throwing out comments like, "This is the price we paid, and we ain't budgeting." This approach is not only frustrating but also feels somewhat disrespectful to potential customers. I understand that dealerships are in the business of making a profit, but there's a way to conduct business that respects the customer experience. According to their own website, Nucar Honda of Norwood claims to strive for special interactions with customers and to treat them how they wish to be treated. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with the closing manager was anything but special, and it left a lasting negative impression on me. In summary, while the sales team may have potential, the closing manager's lack of professionalism is a significant issue that the dealership needs to address. To clarify, my comment to the salesperson was about filing a complaint regarding the manager’s behavior and composure, not about negotiating a price. Additionally, you mentioned that there were three appointments for the same vehicle I was interested in. However, how can that be the case when the car was being personally used by the manager? The mileage does not match what was listed online, and the interior condition was unacceptable. These discrepancies raise serious questions about transparency. An absolutely disgusting experience.

An absolutely disgusting experience. The sales person was arrogant and rude. He was accompanying us in the car during test ride and was shouting orders were we should turn around. We purchased before cars from Boch and never dealt with such level of insolence.

I doubt your management could fix it. How could a reasonable person expect a buyer to spend 40K after a 5 minute supervised ride, imposed by your management on grounds that the customer might steal the car?

I would give this dealership a 0 if I could. Sales person would not allow us to test drive the car without him, and then could only go down the road a little ways - not enough to really get a feel for the car. Typical used car sales tactics where they have to talk to their manager multiple times, and they strong hold you into financing a vehicle over the weekend when banks are closed (you need a cashier's check if you are going to pay in full) or the price will go up. Multiple associates sitting around on their phones, yet I waited an hour to see the finance guy. Was told the car would be ready that week, but 2 days later was told I would have to wait until the following week. Sales person sent a rude text message, so I refused to deal with him again. There's nothing about this place that is honest. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Everyone deserves honesty.

I strongly believe that Nucar Honda of Norwood is involved in fraudulent activities by charging customers for unnecessary repairs and deliberately missing real problems. The problem was a misfiring cylinder and the dealership charged me for fixing a loose wire, which didn't fix the issue.
