Efficient, very easy purchase, I left feeling very good about my purchase, a 2024 CRV HYBRID SPort L, Sean Bucknor , my salesperson, was excellent....come on down and buy from Sean and Boch Honda.....all very good

The main reason I have bought my last 4 cars from Boch

The main reason I have bought my last 4 cars from Boch Honda is service advisor Dan O'Connell. He is always helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Whether it's a scheduled service or a last minute issue with my car, Dan is always helpful. I am lucky to be a customer of his!

Avoid this dealership!!

Avoid this dealership! The sales reps and management play all the stereotypical sleazy games that we were really hoping to avoid during our recent purchase transaction. While we ended up negotiating a fair purchase price and trade-in value, the rest of the process was (and still is) a frustrating nightmare. Inna T. was our sales rep, and once we signed our paperwork, she was impossible to reach. The main phone number to the Boch Honda dealership often ended with an automatic message about “no one being available to assist.” Inna told me she would call me when my registration came in and to schedule the initial inspection. She never called, and I had to hound her several times to send the registration. It took her over 3 weeks to send it out. Inna was also supposed to send me my reimbursement for the vehicle inspection that Boch Honda did not do, and despite my requests for over 30 days now, Boch Honda continues to withhold my money. Beware of the fraudulent financing department! Make sure Todd B. in the Boch Honda Financing Dept. prints out all the paperwork before signing anything! We agreed to an interest rate in writing, and while sitting in Todd’s office he confirmed the interest rate. He handed me the paperwork when we were leaving the dealership and told me to "give it a good review when I had a chance.” On the drive home from the dealership, I noticed that Todd had entered a different interest rate than we had agreed to, and when I called Inna about the error, she told me that Todd had noticed the discrepancy but he had tried to make up for it by giving us a “good deal” on the warranty. He never informed us of the increase in rate, even while we were sitting in his office signing the paperwork. Eventually, Boch Honda agreed to pay us a small amount for the “error” rather than correct the paperwork. As I write this review about 30 days after our purchase, Boch Honda has STILL not sent us that payment, despite many follow-up requests. Inna has lied to me a few times to say that two checks have been mailed to me for the inspection reimbursement and interest rate “error,” but we never received them, and she just brushes off my calls, saying she’ll look into it and call me back (which she doesn’t do). Please avoid the aggravation of dealing with the unprofessional scammers at Boch Honda and buy elsewhere! I would never recommend this dealership!
