Ok so I have purchased from Boch in the past many years...

Ok so I have purchased from Boch in the past many years ago. Jim Travers in sales is fantastic but like any dealer I have ever gone to the finance department is typical, READ before you sign. I was leasing a 2010 Honda Civix EX-L 15,000 miles per year, like I said read, read, read befor you sign, they typed in 12,000 miles of course and then the line "I didn't see that in the paper work", tell them you will find it and enjoy how quickly they change it to what you had agreed upon with your sales person :). In order to have a good experience you must be educated before going in and READ it, your fault if they get you.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated very cordially...

From the moment I arrived, I was treated very cordially and my service was done quickly with the utmost of efficiency. Jim Travers, my sales person, had already told the service department that I was coming for my first oil change so when I arrived, it was as if they were waiting for me. This was my second trip to service, the first time for a small bulb replacement and both trips were more pleasant than any other service experience that i can remember. The waiting area at Boch Honda is very comfortable and with their complimentary wireless internet, I was able to do some email work while I was waiting. While i was there my salesman, Jim Travers came and checked on me to let me know the status of my service and make sure that I was comfortable during my wait. Since the purchase of our new Handa Element, our family has recommended Boch Honda to many friends and family members as a dealership that provides a great experience form the very first meeting, through the vehicle selection process, the sale and during service visits as well.

service person was very professional and easy to work with. I came in for an oil change they checked the car over and suggested some work which i'm planning on going back for soon.The waiting area was very nice,they have coffee and pastry for the customers.

My name is Caitlan J and I leased my very first car from Boch Honda in Norwood yesterday. Jim Travers, my sales rep, was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and kind and extremely knowledgeable about the different options I had as a first time car leaser. He allowed me to test drive the cars I wanted and also let my parents, which took quite some time. He offered advice without being pushy and negotiated prices between my family and I and the manager at Boch. He was able to get us a great deal that I am comfortable paying and would be able to keep up with. My family and I said it, the next time we get a new car, we will definitely go back to Boch Honda and ask for Jim Travers!

I recently purchased my new Honda from Boch and went back...

I recently purchased my new Honda from Boch and went back for my first scheduled service. I was very impressed with my service advisor, Sean DeSilva's explanation of services and length of time it would take. His professionalism and honesty seemed very genuine. I wouldn't hesitate to take my Honda back there for the next scheduled maintenance.

Buying my used car at Boch Honda was the right choice....

Buying my used car at Boch Honda was the right choice. Upon entering the dealership, I was greated by several employees who were eager to help me. I pretty much new what I wanted so my salesman, Steve got right down to business and found the car I was looking for. Steve was great to work with. With his low-key, friendly manner he made me feel comfortable right away. When I picked up the car it looked great and I had a full tank of gas. I am very happy with my car and pleased with the service I received at Boch Honda. I highly recommend this dealership!

I have been to Boch Honda 3 times in the past 2 months...

I have been to Boch Honda 3 times in the past 2 months for service. The customer service I've received each and every time has been EXCEPTIONAL. They are polite, sensitive to my time restrictions, and have always found the nature of my problem where other dealerships have not and of course fixed them with minimal cost to me. I think they are fantastic - from the customer service reps, to the mechanics, the the cashiers. I wouldn't go anywhere else based on my experiences with them.

Steve was very helpful and I feel like he had by best intrest in mind as he tried to get me the best possible deal for my financial needs. I felt very satisfied with my purchase! I would absolutely go back to Boch Honda for my next purchase and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Service was great. Very professional and everyone that I came in contact with was very helfpul. Not that many dealerships that I've gone to have a nice area for customers to wait while their car is being serviced. You can definitely tell that Ernie Boch Jr really cares about taking care of his customers.

I have never been to a dealership more attentive and...

I have never been to a dealership more attentive and friendly in all my life. Going to BOCH Honda to purchase my new car was the BEST choice I have ever made!!! I feel I was given one on one attention from Brad Swartz the Sales Consultant. I drove away with a brand new 2010 Honda Civic at a price, I really can afford. I have no regrets and would go there again and again, in addition to recommending Boch Honda to others. My experience was incredible. Thanks Boch Honda!!!!
