I have chosen to return to Boch each time I need to have...

I have chosen to return to Boch each time I need to have my 2 cars serviced because the customer service is excellent. The folks in the service dept really make an extra effort to stand by their customers and are incredibly responsive and helpful. I trust their information and they always are looking for ways not to overcharge me, ie by making sure that I use the on line coupons that are available. I honestly believe that they care about making sure that my car is safe, not just on a maintenance schedule that brings in $$. Greg Harris in particular is simply outstanding and I schedule my visits around the days he works whenever I possibly can. The pick up and drop off service for customers is also really helpful.

Richard and the team has kept my 1991 & 2009 in perfect...

Richard and the team has kept my 1991 & 2009 in perfect shape since 2004. The highest quality, the best services and courtesy has given me peace of mind and thus, has won my trust. He is patient, thorough, friendly and best of all, honest. He always tries all means to fix tough problems and never recommends any unnecessary but costly attempts. I appreciate his services and highly recommend him and his dealership.

I am pleased with my last 5 transactions with them. They provided good inputs last time I visited. Since moving to MA, My Honda pilot is being serviced by them. Richard has made my visit pleasant and provided me constant updates and information about my vehicle. This helping attitude is highly valued and I enjoyed being there. The improvements in service are great.

I have owned and driven GM cars for 46 years but the current GM sales people and offers drove me to purchase a Honda Piolet instead. Before I even visited Boch Honda, they gave me an internet quote which no other Honda dealer came close to,I thought it was a mistake. All 3 employees I worked with were extremely personable and made the transaction seamless. The best other price I had from another dealer, and boy did I have to bargain for that, was $1700. more. Ernie is right when he says his prices are lower.

The best part of the service is I do not have to make an appointment as I have with another dealership(different brand car). Every time I go there the employee who greeted me was very curtious. A good detailed explaination of what the maintanence is always given.

I have given this rate because I received the honesty I was looking for when you enter a showroom. I was immediately approached by a very friendly salesperson Bob Fennerty. He listened and got right to the quick of letting me drive an Accord first and then the Fit and finally the Civic which the latter I ended up purchasing. He was honest sincere had a sense of humor and listedned to what my needs were to getting into a new vehicle. The middle people who tell you what they will give you for your car are a different bunch all together and are intimidating to say the least. They were the least friendly and very uncompromising. I am happy with the car and Mr Fennerty's sensitivity to maybe I wanetd to spend some time with my car before I parted with my turn in! So thoughtful of him! I would recommend this dealership to someone and especially this salesperson. He was no pressure just doing his job and making it enjoyable for me.

tom was fantastic and was the sole reason for our purchase at boch instead of herb chambers. he was flexible on the pricing and trade value and worked with us to make us satisifed. he was attentive and responsive to our needs within the showroom. he told us when he would be available and then delivered.
