Excellent service BUT, V-E-R-Y, V-E-R-Y, V-E-R-Y…………….

Excellent service BUT, V-E-R-Y, V-E-R-Y, V-E-R-Y…………….S—L—O—W!!!!!! 3 Hour wait for an oil change! I was also told I would receive a $165.00 future service credit due to previous repair for tail gate rattling that was unsuccessful BUT, I did not receive any confirmation on that, other than the service advisor’s word, SO who knows?!?!?

Dan O'Connell is outstanding rep, I also bought a 2014

Dan O'Connell is outstanding rep, I also bought a 2014 and 2013 honda civic in 2017 and 2018, lucky timing. I trust them and the extended warranty i purchased was successfully used. Nothing is perfect, but I've had good luck.

Buyer be Aware!

Buyer be aware!! When you are forced to place your deposit before discussing financing with the salesman is an unfair and deceptive practice. Not being informed that your deposit will not be immediately returned, as promised, but instead held hostage for a few days "until corporate can cut you a check" is unfair and deceptive. Being told this practice only happens on the weekend is xx...isn't Saturday the busiest shopping day of the week? Again deceptivepractice to get you to make a purchase at this dealership. Think twice before you purchase from this dealership, they are not forthcoming and truthful.
