Alan was really good at checking our car in and the work
Alan was really good at checking our car in and the work was done in a timely fashion and the car runs great. The only problem I had was trying to set up an appointment by phone.. I had to actually go into world Ford to set up my appointment.

Made sure I had all the information I needed when another issue popped up. But, still got me out of there on time to make my meeting. Thanks Ryan and the Tech that worked on my vehicle. Unfortunately a simply oil change , turn into a 6 hour
Unfortunately a simply oil change , turn into a 6 hour cluster..& a tire repair. Though the service guy came by with no explanation.. He was going by what was on his computer as I went by a visual? My truck sat in a parking lot for over 2 hours till I brought it to his attention. With time stamped pictures. Then they thought it was a big deal that they didn?t charge for a tire repair.. They could of was it
