Virtually zero communication regarding the $11,000 repair
Virtually zero communication regarding the $11,000 repair on my vehicle. After days of no communication, none of my calls returned, when I complained to the gm he told me to come get my car because he wasn?t going to work on it. Yes, after I complained about zero response from his staff he said I was rude to them complaining and to ?come get your car, we?re not doing it?. Had a tow truck go to pick it up and they refused to release it said I owed a balance. Never received an invoice and was told to come get it. After calling several times again a receipt was finally sent to me via text. Yes, no return phone call ever received. The invoice was dated for the day after I tried to get it towed. They never even had an invoice done and that?s proof that they?d never sent it to me. They held my car hostage because I complained about no communication from their staff. The GM apparently leads by example in that you are allowed to treat customers badly as he and his staff did. This is after waiting 4 months for them to order the replacement door under the ford recall. They never ordered it and never responded to inquiries about it. Absolutely awful experience. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. No one deserves to be treated the way I was treated.
