My wife was in need of a vehicle and she found the vehicle she wanted at Bob Howard Honda? I called and they was very courteous when we arrived Hector was waiting for us to show us the vehicle my wife wanted so we took it for a spin and I liked it I thought my wife would like too we applied for credit and it was very efficient we was out of the agency in less than an hour. Thank you.

I rated the dealer a 5 because Roy the service writer made it happen in the end. I was supposed to get another writer per my appointment online assignment but when I got there he walked right by as I waited for my car and never asked if he could help. No one was on the drive that appeared to care until Roy came and immediately grabbed a pad and helped me. He did his job from first sight on perfectly. Even on a callback. Before Roy came I wasn't impressed.

Christian was very respecful, sweet and attentive. Very efficient doing his job and have great people skills. So is the lady at the checkout counter Overall, extraordinary service.

Christian greeted me immediately when I arrived. He was helpful in determining what was to be done. The Service was handled quickly and Everything was done according to the estimate as agreed.

The salesman Mike was very courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy - he treated me well as a woman buying a car on her own. This is the second car that I’ve bought from this dealership - my sixth Honda (I’ve had 2 Civics & now 4 Pilots!). I expect to be treated with honesty and not have the Service Department try to do something unnecessary after my Warranty is up. I highly recommend Mike L. as he is a great salesman - not phony, just a nice person selling the car brand that I’ve been driving since 1992!
