I can't check anything before drive to home. When I try to charge my phone and find out all cigarette lighter sockets does not work

Absolutely horrible.
Absolutely horrible. My wife bought a 2017 chevy Equinox and half a year later. The entire engine fell apart. I hired an attorney. Got hung up on by a guy named jino. The service manager was very irragont. Charging us 5200 on it. Said it would only be 2 weeks. It has been over a month now! Stay away from this dealership!!!

Disappointed
Bought a new Ridgeline from them. They wouldn’t budge at all on the “all weather floor mats” and “nitro wheel locks” for 800 dollars. Yes, they charge you that price for it. I thought well I guess I’ll have to pay that price for it since I need the truck. People … ever heard of the saying you win the battle but you lose the war? You got your money .. but you lost me as a repeat customer. Because, why would I even trust anything you tell me? I’m actually debating canceling my warranty because I get the feeling I would be told a ton of lies about what needs to be worked on. Point being you’ve lost all trust by doing your silly upcharges on stuff that is way cheaper to buy on Amazon. I’ll also email Honda HQ about this too.

Poor customer service and not honoring a WE OWE!
I purched a used volvo about 4 months ago from Bob Howard Honda. Upon purchase of the vehicle there was an issue with the driver window and it would not roll up or down. They issued a WE OWE and stated that it would be fixed on purchase. Four months later issue is not fixed nor can I get anyone to talk to me about the issue or a resolution. I would not have purchased the vehicle if I knew it was going g to be an issue to get it taken care. I sure won't purchase another vehicle from here. Ryan Warren won't take my calls or return them and he is the one who made the deal to fix the problem. My sales person was amazing though. Customer service has been sub-par at best.

Had an appointment and was greeted by name from my advisor Benjamin. Super friendly and quick service. Relaxed in the waiting area and not too much longer later, Benjamin called, i checked out, and back on the road. Quick and friendly service every time.

I wanted to purchase a new car.
I wanted to purchase a new car. As I approached a floor model. I was told the car was sold. I was approached with a negative attitude. Instead of saying” “Good Morning”. “I’m sorry the car sold and locked”. No smiles just their backs to me! Their salesperson Ben did try and show me a car. However, the more I thought about their attitude - I would not give them my hard earned money! However, the service department is professional, and friendly. My experience with purchasing a new car at this dealership was negative. This is rather unusual for a Honda dealership. I have always experienced positive, friendly and nice People at other Honda dealerships. I have purchased five new Hondas in the past. I will purchase another Honda from another dealership.

Repairs were done quickly and efficiently. My tech was great and kept me in the loop. He even noticed a small thing that was broken and fixed it.

The Best Service Department
I purchased my car from Bob Howard Honda and only use Bib Howard’s service department. Earnest explained everything to me thoroughly and provided excellent customer service. Pricing is also very fair. I love Bob Howard Honda!!!

Fake pricing and Costly Add-Ons
Buyer beware! The price shown here is NOT the price. Cars.com advertises the lowest (fake) price. Then, when I contacted the dealer, I was shown the higher REAL price on their website, $1000 more. Then, they tried to tack on ANOTHER $1700 at the final price. So the price for my car was over $2500 higher than advertised here. Disgusting and shady. It should’ve been an easy cash sale. Nope!
