Will Never Buy from Any Sandy Sansing Dealership

Will Never Buy from Any Sandy Sansing Dealership Again Our experience with Sandy Sansing Mazda was awful, and I will never purchase from any of their dealerships again. They have absolutely no understanding of how to properly handle military members. We spent 5 hours at the DMV to get a paper signed, only to be told at the front of the line that the dealership should have and could have handled this themselves. For two days straight, Demarcus, the manager, refused to listen to us and kept insisting we were wrong, even though we knew how to handle the situation. In the end, we were right the entire time. On top of that, Demarcus antagonized my husband, who has PTSD. When my husband became frustrated, Demarcus responded with “oh wow” and “really?” He even said, “You asked for me to come speak with you, and now you disrespect me?” Pushing my husband to the brink, Demarcus then told him to leave. How were we supposed to leave without knowing if the car was legally ours? We ended up going to another dealership after the DMV, where a quick Google search showed us all we needed to do was provide our current military orders. The level of incompetence and disregard for military customers at Sandy Sansing is unacceptable. I will be sure to share this experience with everyone I know.

Worst New Car Experience Ever – Do Not Buy From Sandy

Worst New Car Experience Ever – Do Not Buy From Sandy Sansing Mazda! As a military member, I’ve purchased several cars privately without issue, but my experience with Sandy Sansing Mazda was by far the worst new car experience ever. After trading in my vehicle, we were told we couldn’t take our new car until we provided unnecessary paperwork, even though we knew better. The manager, Demarcus, was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. They made us run around to the DMV for hours, only to be told the dealership should have handled the paperwork. We had to go back and essentially teach them how to do their job. Suddenly, after two days of arguing and even consulting another dealership for advice, the deal was “good to go.” I finally just lost my temper and all Demarcus could do is be a narcissistic xxxxx and anger me further with saying "oh wow/Really" "you asked for me to come out and speak with you and now you disrespect me?". Proceeding with that I needed to leave.(leave in what car) I tell him repeatedly to call the cops if I’m trespassing and he fails to do so. At this point the cop could at least give me a ride home since I’m without a car. When we finally got the car, it had a stained headliner, a coffee mug stain on the dash, and the accessories we ordered (floor mats and mud guards) weren’t installed. I had to install them myself, which is completely unacceptable when purchasing a brand-new car with accessories. To top it off, after they realized we were right, Demarcus had Keith tell me “thank you for your service.” That was all I got after a day and a half of frustration and wasted time. I will be sure to warn all my friends, family, and fellow military members to NEVER purchase from Sandy Sansing Mazda or any of their dealerships. This was an awful experience, and I highly recommend you avoid them at all costs

Service is efficient and reliable.

Service is efficient and reliable. Staff is extremely friendly. We spend the winter near Pensacola and have our Mazda serviced before returning home. Highly recommend.

Professional, friendly staff and service! Scheduling an appointment was easy and was worked into the schedule right away. Service was completed in a timely fashion and all items were reviewed with me. This is an excellent dealership; I’ve always found the staff easy to work with have been completely satisfied with the quality service provided. Great job, thanks to all!

Sandy Sansing Mazda in Pensacola is the best!

Sandy Sansing Mazda in Pensacola is the best! I recently had service done on my CX-70 and as usual, I received the best customer service and the best service on my car. Annie in the service department was wonderful and really took care of me. She kept me up to speed on everything going on with my car, and made sure everything was completed, even recall fixes. I believe I’ll be a customer for a long time, they never disappoint!

Just terrible customer service and everything that you expect when it comes to an untrustworthy car dealer. Contacted the dealership about a vehicle on their website, their sales team reached out multiple times to let me know the car was in stock and did I want to make an appointment to come in and see it so that it was ready when I arrived. Made an appointment for Friday afternoon, took the time off work, arrived at the dealership to discover that the car wasn't even at the lot yet. They tried selling me a completely different car, told me it was a glitch in the system between the online system and theirs and eventually the sales person himself said that the internet sales team will say anything that they can to get you in the door. I think that sums it up.
