Sandy Sansing Mazda

My husband and I recently bought a 2017 Mazda6 from Sandy Sansing Mazda. Kevin Webster was able to get us a great deal and he was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about the product. We are really enjoying our new car, and would recommend Kevin to anybody we know who are looking for a vehicle to purchase.

Ronald helped us look at a used BMW on the lot (which i purchased and love), taking the effort to look at the car over the phone with us and answer specific questions and working to find answers he didn't have (considering he's a Mazda guy, there were a few). He met us late around our schedule and was reasonable, transparent, and polite during negotiations (everyone there was actually). I would recommend not only this Mazda dealership, but Ronald in particular. Terrell Jordan was clear with us with our finance options and a pleasure to work with. Randy Witzel popped in and helped us get the information we needed as far tracking down the original Title for our current vehicle.

My wife and I went by the dealership just to look at what was available since I was interested in buying a car. John Nowak approached us and showed us the inventory after talking with us to find out what we were interested in. We really didn't find anything but about a week later John called me and said he had received a new Miata RF that he thought I would be interested in. We went to the dealership the next day and bought a new Miata RF right off the show room floor. John's professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. Along with Randy and Joel the process was extrememly easy and took the "hassle" out of buying a car. The entire staff congratulated us and seemed honest with their comments; we were even introduced to the service manager Chris. When we left we felt like we were now part of the Sandy Sansing Mazda family.

To be honest, I've been looking at cars for several years but never test-driving until this week. My husband found a 2015 Subaru Outback for sale on Sandy Sansing's website. It looked like a contender so I called and was referred to Mike V, aka Big Mike. We drove over there immediately from Mobile and he was ready to go! Besides being cordial and not pushy at all (which I liked) he was informative, covering features on the outside of the car to the inside. Very patient and kind. We like Mike! The paper signing was lengthy, however, Joel was very nice and friendly, helped to make the process as smooth as possible. So, we will recommend Sandy Sansing Mazda for your purchase. May I also point out that this is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership.

In the past, dealing with dealerships or Sales men was not my cup of tea. When I bought my Jeep, at Sandy Sansing Masda I was completely impressed. Rob was my Salesman and he done a wonderful job with us. It was the best experience in my life when it came to buying a vehicle. Thank You!

Sandy Sansing Mazda staff are exceptional. I was looking for a luxury vehicle that met several specific qualifications. Rob was very patient through the entire process, finding several vehicles for me to look over. In addition, when Rob believed that a vehicle wasn't up to my standards he was honest with me about the quality of a car. My Lexus 350 was a great find. Several things I didn't know I wanted, but nice to have. Thank you so much for giving me a smooth transition from my last vehicle to my new one.

Very nice experience - Jody was very friendly and helpful while I browsed through several different vehicles that were in my price range. I never felt pressured or rushed through my decision and when I offered feedback on a particular vehicle that I was looking for, he made sure to find it for me. Was quite weary of dealing with the high pressure sales people and total lack of professionalism at other dealerships. My experience at Sandy Sansing Mazda was unbelievably easy and frustration free.
