Service

Our service advisor ERIC was very professional, we told him what issue we were having with our 2016 pilot and he immediately knew what the problem was. We had to leave our car because it was a walk-in visit & didn't know how long our car would be there. Signed up for the shuttle to take us home but MELE (Finance Manager) insisted she drive us home herself! Hands down exceptional customer service. Thanks Gian, Eric & Mele!

Purchased a new 2017 Civic Sedan

Very positive experience! Sales. rep (Tony Chen) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and I got the car I wanted. Very happy!

JUST WHAT I NEED

Greg and the rest of the staff were prompt, helpful, friendly and garnered my trust by not trying to up-sell service I didn't need. It turned out I just needed an oil change, but they checked out my entire car and I drove away with the knowledge that everything is in good working order. I will be back!

Zero Stars

My mom took her car in for service ONLY because someone called her telling her that they weren't suppose to charge her for a oil change the first time and when the lights go on again to bring it in and it will be free. She took it in, the guy helping her said he will take care of it, then charges my mom over $100. Then Sam calls me to ask me about the experience and told me that I should have told the guy to ask what my mom was signing before telling her to sign. If the guy didn't say he'll take care of it I would've told my mom to leave. Sam then says that she will have her director call me before I do the survey. It's been 5 days and no call so here's your survey review. Thanks a lot service team. We will never be coming back.

Simple and convenient

From the moment I arrived Gary was helpful in assuring my car is taken care properly until picking up my car. Being hard of hearing and having difficulty taking phone calls, he adapted and was willing to text me personally when my car is available.
