Repair service review

Had an 11:30 appointment on a Friday for my car to be serviced. I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my appointment time and waited in a pretty full line of cars waiting to be serviced as well with appointments. Long story short, they did not end up taking my car in from repair till 12:40! That's over an hour wait!! I wish that they would of just let me leave the car as soon as I arrived instead of being stuck hostage! Service and staff were great, just wish they wouldn't over book.

A+++ service and nice car!

My old mini cooper tried to leave me so I looked for 2018 HRV from honda. This dealership gave me a good discount, and the sales(Wing) was super helpful and professional. I eventually got my dream car with ideal color. Plus, the total price is very competitive!

PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, PLEASANT AND LOWEST PRICES

I am on my fifth Honda. The prior four were purchased from the Honda dealership in San Bruno. I weathered the storm with the prior ownership and was encouraged when a new group purchased the dealership. There was some improvement in the new ownership, however, not enough to match the Serrramonte Honda dealership. I was in the market for a 2018 Honda. My shopping experience with the Serramonte Honda superior to the other dealership, that not only did I make the purchase for the 2018 Honda, I have decided to transfer all my warranty service requirements on my other Hondas to Serramonte Honda. I requested a price quote via the Internet. I received the best price quote from Serramonte Honda by far. Also, the quote was for a specific vehicle, clearly identified, that I was able to locate and take for a test drive. The salespeople were professional, courteous and fair. The staff was all very friendly. The facilities are very clean and include a large inventory. Of all the Honda dealerships in the Bay Area, I would give 10 stars only to Serramonte Honda, with the next closest dealership at 7 stars. I highly recommend this Honda dealership.

Battery Sensor Recall

Dropped off Accord to fix recall problem. Xavier was very friendly and knowledgeable. He said that it will be done at certain time and delivered.

Carina Amexcua Hern

Awesome service from a very nice and pleasant service advisor. When I asked how long the wait would be she didn’t hesitate to tell me two hours. It was about two hours as well. Love the honesty and Carina was very kind and helpful as well. Telling us we could be dropped off at the nearby Target if we wished. We’ll definitely be back and I plan on scheduling all our service needs with Carina too!!!!
