Mark Wallace replied promptly, offered a great deal right off the bat, and then gave a generous offer for trade-in on my vehicle. I made the trip up to the dealership, met the friendly staff, signed the papers with Jim Windrow, and then was out the door. There was no annoying pandering or beating around the bush. These guys were professional, polite, and to the point. Would recommend if looking for a new or used vehicle.

Scheduled an appointment for 8:30 with Mark Walace and he did not show. Mark delt with my wife and she said she felt he was condicening and short with her and she felt as though he was not taking her seriously as a buyer. However, TJ Jordan was very helpful and informative. He made our buying experience easy and we enjoyed his knowledge and attention to detail. If you go to McKenzie Motor ask for TJ, he will make the deal happen.

Brought my 2020 truck in for brake noises and during the first visit the service dept turned the rotors after speaking with the GM Lloyd about my dissatisfaction on turning the rotors rather than replacing them he assured me he would order new rotors and have them installed. I appreciate and respect McKenzie Motors for taking care of their customers.

Such an awesome place. Friendly staff and always willing to help. Any car troubles I had, they fixed perfectly. They do a great job here. Definitely recommend!
