McKenzie Motors is very professional, My sales person, Mark Ciano has alot of patience he didn't rush me and he was very knowledgeable about each vehicle I looked at. Brandon in the financial Dept. Took his time and went over all the documents and made sure I understood each document.

Bad - Very Very bad

This is the worst experience I have ever had. After ripping me for for $20,000 they accused me of cutting wires and removing the emissions from my vehicle. I will never ever recommend them and I tell everyone and anyone on a daily basis how awful they are. Funny thing most people will share a bad experience the have had with them.

We do not think there is anything funny with a bad review, and now we will tell the rest of the story. You purchased the vehicle initially then altered the emissions at that time which caused the Duramax motor to go bad, it was replaced by a GM Certified Technician and could not have left our shop without the items being repaired properly and unchipping the vehicle which you had done to increase performance in the vehicle motor which also effects the emissions, 2k miles and 2 years later, yes years later the vehicle comes back and fortunately is still under the warranty from the Engine company however upon inspection you once again tampered with the system which we can tell once we hook it up to a GM Diagnostic tool and show it had been tampered with and as our technician stated this vehicle could not have left our shop 2 years ago with this issue it would not have run. Bottom line you voided your warranty once again because of your desire to tamper and modify this vehicle. The EPA is very vocal about people altering the emissions on their vehicles and we as a dealer can refuse and will refuse to work on altered vehicles, and if you go to the EPA website you will also see you cannot trade nor sell said vehicle that has been tampered with. Enough said your review is without merit and I personally was not here when this was all done but did get involved when trying to get this covered under warranty, which once it was deemed tampered with by our certified mechanic we promptly advised the woman that brought the vehicle in we would not work on this vehicle due to tampered computers and emissions.

Always a pleasure to visit.

They do great work at a reasonable price. The only issue I had with this visit is that red mud was splashed on the right side of the vehicle. I think the parking area needs a re-pavement. I know it wasn't intentional.

What can be said...

I showed up at that time given to me. They came out, recorded the issues and showed me to the waiting room. About an hour later, all was finished and the truck was returned to me clean and when they said it would be. Polite people and efficient process. Cant complain!

Great Customer Service

TJ helped in the process of purchasing my Nissan, from promptly responding to my online questions to getting me on my way in my new vehicle! I really appreciated getting my Bluetooth set up as well. This was a reputable local dealer and TJ also checked on me asking how my new vehicle was working out for me.
