I love the home town feel and the personal attention that Kenny gave us. This is our fifth vehicle that we have purchased from McKenzie and I’m sure it won’t be the last. I really appreciate that Lisa the owner takes time to greet and speak to her customers. She also is engaged with her employees, we witnessed her complementing a new employee on his first sale this week. Such a nice bunch of people! Carleigh was helpful and quick to get my trade in evaluated because she knew I didn’t want to spend the whole day there. Austin the sales manager put me on the money with minimal haggling. Ella in finance explained the documents we were signed clearly and I loved the new table document feature which made reading the signing docs much easier. Friendly service all around. These guys are highly recommended!
