I was very happy with this Mazda dealer when I bought my new car from Brian. It was time for my 1st oil change. Nick Santarsiero was my service advisor and he treated very nice. He got my oil change done, they also washed my car for my husband's birthday How nice! I have never been so satisfied at a dealership. Thanks, Melissa Minatree

Am always pleased and happy with my experience at CardinaleWay Mazda. They are always very helpful and friendly. They convey an air of confidence that whatever the problem they will find it and fix it properly. Have dealt with a number of dealerships over the years and this one is certainly one of the best I have dealt with.

This is the most laid back car dealership I have ever...

This is the most laid back car dealership I have ever been to. I purchased my Mazda 6 here and have been haveing it serviced here also. Everyone is super friendly and they do what they say they are going to do. My Service advisor Nick is knowledgeable, easy to work with and I trust him. I have highly recommend this dealership to freinds and coworkers.

Great experience working with Ken, this is the second car I have purchased from him directly. Both times he provided great customer service, and I feel like he made every effort to provide me the the best deal possible. I appreciate his efforts and will continue my relation ship with Ken and Cardinales Way Mazda.

Love my new Mazda3. The whole sales process was not as bad as I anticipated. My salesman, Robert was very knowledgable and helpful in finding the car that fit my needs. He worked with the manager, Johnny to get me the most for my trade-in & an agreeable price for the new vehicle. Todd in finanace was great too. He was very efficient and was informative but not high pressure. I REALLY do not like being pressured in the finance area. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

My experience was absolutely wonderful - No pressure at...

My experience was absolutely wonderful - No pressure at all - extremely friendly and helpful - I felt like I was buying a vehicle from a family member. I felt like they were interested in me - not just selling me a vehicle - I felt like a person. I love this dealership. I had friends that bought a vehicle the same day from another dealership - they were there haggling for 7 hours - with Chris and 'Mama' I was out in an hour and a half - they knew what I was looking for and went out of their way to help make it happen - I will recommend this dealership to everyone - and will return myself for all service to my vehicle - I can't imagine going anywhere else now that I've found them!

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly answered all my questions. Buying my new 2013 Mazda CX-5 was an exciting experience! Robert followed up after my purchase to make sure I was well satisfied and to offer any help I may need.
