Everyone at Cardinale Way Mazda is extremely friendly and helpful. Donny and John went to great lengths to locate and bring in the exact car that I wanted. They also managed to get me a great interest rate which in turn gave me the monthly payment that I had requested and kept me updated throughout the entire two day process. Todd was a delight to work with during the finance process. He is exceptionally personable and makes you feel like you are family. He was also able to give me a great price on an extended warranty and took the time to explain what would be covered. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new Mazda and hope to do bussiness with them again down the road. Stacie Parsons

Robert and the team were very helpful on finding a vehicle for my wife and I to purchase. They were very honest with the whole process and got me out of there in the time I had asked them to have everything finished. A very helpful group of people that a very friendly and willing to help a person the best they can. Very happy with my purchases! Thank you Robert

MY girlfriend and i actually had a bad experience the...

MY girlfriend and i actually had a bad experience the first time we went to the Mazda dealership in Mesa. I didnt want to go back to this dealership but my girlfriend insisted we go back and from the moment we entered the dealership Jimmy was very helpful. Actually listened to us and was afraid to ask a manager if he didnt know the answer to our questions. I am very pleased with the way they treated the second time we went in. They were very helpful finding a car that fits our needs and price range. I highly recommend visiting Cardinale Way Mazda in mesa.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Nick Santarsiero at Cardinale Way since I purchased my 2008 Mazda CX-9. Nick has always been courteous and friendly when I have taken my Mazda in for servicing. He keeps me informed on the work being done and the amount of time the serviceing requires. Nick is the best!!

I really enjoyed my experience at CardinaleWay audto dealership! I was shocked that I was able to buy a new vechicle. This is the second time I have gone through them for a vehicle and the whole total car buying experience was awesome! Normally you get the pressure from sales people, not with John and Jimmy. Very honest and very nice people to do business with. Sometimes auto dealershiops run you to the ground not CardinaleWay. John and Jimmy were really detailed in explaining about the vechicle I purchased. I am excited about my purchase and hope to business with this dealership in the future. Thanks again John & Jimmy for making this car buyer very happy and know that this auto dealership really does care about customer and their needs!!!

I have a Mazda CX-9 and brought it in to your dealership...

I have a Mazda CX-9 and brought it in to your dealership yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. We are snowbirds here for the winter. I worked with Steve Ross. He was very thorough about addressing ALL of my questions. He was personable and always pleasant. He completely explained all of the work done including a recall item and providing me with a coupon for one item of service. I will ask for Steve when I return. While my husband and I were waiting for my car we happened to eye a Mazda Miata on the show floor. While we were admiring it Daniel Morgan came buy and without any high pressure sales pitch began showing us the car's features. He let us take a drive in the car and if we had been in the market for a sports car we probably would have bought it. The timing just wasn't right for us. We both thought Daniel was THE nicest salesman we have ever encountered in a car dealership.

We were extremely impressed with Gary Malone & his service team. The mechanics took the time to ensure a correct diagnosis of the problems was made and then they completed repairs in a timely and efficent manner. I would highly recommend Gary & Cardinale Way Mazada.

I had looked online for how to fix my non-functioning...

I had looked online for how to fix my non-functioning keys. I have the grand touring Mazda 6 so I have the keyless ignition advanced key. Google results and forum threads indicated I was looking at hundreds of dollars to replace the keys. No one could explain how to change the battery. I called Cardinale, got in touch with Steve and he said, come on down I'll show you how to fix it for $4.95 a key! He not only gave me two batteries so I could fix my other key at home but he also gave me the little screwdriver I needed to do it! He told me over the phone to come in before he left and he could get me out the door in ten minutes. He was great! He came out to make sure my key did in fact work and there wasn't some other problem. Great service! My Mazda is nearly ready for its 60k mile service and I will be bringing it here.
