We purchased our 2024 Mazda CX5 2 weeks ago.

We purchased our 2024 Mazda CX5 2 weeks ago. Our Sales Team was Layne and Sergio his Mgr. They both were wonderful to work with on price as well as being professional and having integrity closing our deal. We are very happy with our experience as well as our beautiful new CX5. We had to visit the Dealership today due to road debris on the 10. Nick from Service greeted us immediately and took great care of us. He truly is a valuable Employee. Thank You Cardinale Mazda for excellent Employees!

I had the great fortune of having Chase Parker as my

I had the great fortune of having Chase Parker as my sales person when I arrived at CardinaleWay Mazda in Mesa. This guy! He knows his product and was absolutely no pressure as we test drove SEVERAL cars. Always a smile on his face, he was SO accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. We ended up purchasing 2024 CX-5 and I have been into CardinaleWay a couple times since my purchase to pick up other things I got for my new car and he always offers me water and has even run my car through the wash for me! Such an awesome buying experience that I referred 2 others to Chase and THEY both bought a car from Chase and told me how great he was to work with, too. If you want an incredible experience purchasing a car, go to CardinaleWay, ask for Chase Parker, and buy yourself a Mazda. (You can thank me later. 😉)

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service! I purchased a used 2023 CX 5 from them. When I test drove the vehicle, Chase Parker, the salesperson promised to have the vehicle detailed and windshield replaced. The windshield had 4 cracks in it, 3 of which are obstructing the driver's view. When the car was delivered, however, the windshield was not replaced. Chase claimed it had passed inspection so he didn't need to replace it. He promised to replace it and I was stupid enough to take his word on it. Also, it should NEVER have passed inspection. The 160 point inspection says "88. Windshield is free of cracks, large chips, and improper repairs". It is marked as meets standards. I test drove the vehicle on June 7 and the 160 point inspection report was allegedly done on June 5 so Chase lied to me. He knew or should have known the windshield would not be replaced at the time of my test drive. But, when the car was delivered he said, in writing, "the Mazda was missing our 160 point inspection folder. So i'm getting that re done then I'll be on the way, probably about 20 minutes..." So they backdated the inspection or did it in 20 minutes, which is impossible! Unscrupulous conduct! Never buy from them!

Holy cow, where do I begin!

Holy cow, where do I begin! I first purchased from CardinaleWay Mazda a little over a decade ago, and my experiences have been amazing. Everyone is super friendly. I was just there last night with a family member, and we both ended up getting cars. Special shout out to Matt who was so patient, allowing me the time I needed to work through my thoughts and did not pressure me at all about making a decision. Mike (used car manager) came over and helped with what he could and made it the best deal I could have imagined. I am so grateful I took a chance on them so long ago. My family member (also a repeat customer) decided to get a new car and Matt helped with that with an assist from Chris (new car manager). They even stayed passed closing time just to help us get finished. The last time we bought a car, the GM himself of his own accord came down and assisted with the deal. So down to earth. Not only this I also have to say Nick (maintenance) has always taken great care of our cars. He's fair and a joy to interact with. Never change this, CardinaleWay!

This was our second car purchase from CardinaleWay Mazda

This was our second car purchase from CardinaleWay Mazda Mesa, and both times it has been a great experience. Billy Daniels was a pleasure to deal with. Working with him was a relief after our nightmare experiences at other dealerships. The whole team is friendly, helpful, and they never try to pressure you. They were willing to work with us to find the best deal possible, and we drove away in our new car very pleased with the whole experience. We will definitely return to CardinaleWay Mazda Mesa as our first choice the next time we are in the market for a new car.

Corrie helped us navigate some early challenges we

Corrie helped us navigate some early challenges we encountered after purchasing a used Tesla from a different sales person at her dealership. She acknowledged the mistakes that were made, took action and resolved the issues quickly. She spent a lot of time educating us on the critical elements of operating the Tesla and also assisted with setting up the necessary account required to use the charging station network. Her knowledge, high level of customer service and accountability are the reasons we will be a customer for life!
