Lovely crew here at Maserati! Taylor went above and beyond assisting me and helping me into my new car. I got a great deal and they provided helpful information that got me a good rate, monthly payments within my budget, and a beautiful new car.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Steven Miller was very helpful and very empathetic. In addition to texting me as soon as I inquired about the car I wanted, which is what any dealership will do, he made the extra effort of going out to the car in the freezing cold weather and taking his own videos and pictures to send them to me. That extra detail did give me more insight into the car, and I appreciated the effort. When I came into the dealership to meet him, he gave me a very warm handshake and was just the nicest sales person I’ve ever worked with at a dealership. I’ve purchased four cars this year and this was the most pleasant experience that I’ve had. I highly recommend their dealership and I would absolutely reach out to Steven Miller if you have the opportunity. Price and the other decisions that go in to buying a car are 80% of the equation, but I promise you the credibility of the car dealership is the other 20%. I’ve purchased too many cars from too many shady places and too many shady people to not know the difference. I would absolutely work with this dealership again

Great experience buying a preowned vehicle from this dealer. The sales staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They were efficient working through the buying process with us. They also were patient with us as we tested multiple car seats and allowed us ample time with the vehicle as we considered moving forward. Thanks for a great experience.

Purchasing a car from a distance - something I’ve done

Purchasing a car from a distance - something I’ve done annually for 10 years. This time, I encountered this dealership selling a 2021 Mercedes AMG E53 with a 2 months left on its original warranty. When I asked for an out the door price, they added an out of state fee, a vin etching fee, along with a doc fee on a car priced at top dollar - $5000. I provided a counter offer, which was at market and Perry Galecki, GM, felt it necessary to send a lengthy text to educate me on his car market and the advantage that he has with such a nice car. I wished him luck reminding him that it’s just a car and his market was pretty small for a used AMG nearly out of warranty. Then he called me to argue with me? Claimed his out of state fee because he wouldn’t have a relationship with me beyond the sale of the car. I’ve never had anyone try to charge me an extra fee for buying a car. What Mr Galecki missed was that I am a cash customer willing to buy what I want at the right price. He didn’t counter at all. He could have moved a car quickly at the annual low sales point. Too bad. Home delivery rating - only if your in state.
