I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership and

I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership and upon arrival I was semi impressed. Although renovations were being made at the time, it was a nice dealership and the customer service was great but after I purchased my vehicle I received my warranty paperwork in the mail a few weeks later which was not what we agreed to or what I had paid for so I reached out and spoke to the finance department manager who sold me the extended warranty. He agreed there was an error and said they would take care of it immediately but after several weeks later, multiple phone calls and emails I have not received any follow up correspondence from them in almost 90 days. Most of the calls now get transferred to voicemail but never returned. I would be very careful when purchasing or extending your warranty with this dealership because the terms and agreement you pay for may not be what you get and your calls may get ignored once the sell has been completed!

Price gouging at its finest.

Price gouging at its finest. I attempted to purchase a Mercedes Benz amg gts from this dealership and asked if they would consider a price reduction. I was informed they sell all their cars at full list prices. They are not flexible even though their ad is flagged with HIGH PRICE in bright red letters. Perry (general manager) told me to buy a Mercedes at another dealership because they do not reduce prices. I believe I will take his advice and spend my hard earned money with a dealership who values people and building long term business relationships. Buy a car here if you want to overspend thousands of dollars. They are arrogant and condescending. If their owner only knew how new potential buyers are treated, they would all be looking for another job.

Outstanding sales team! I had never considered a car purchase out of sate, no less across the country! But they made that feel exactly like picking it up next door. Zero hiccups, perfectly seamless sale from start to finish. Don’t limit yourself - up your game nationwide and get what you really want from someone you feel good about working with. Napelton sincerely believes in making sure you’re truly happy with every step of your purchase - including checking in after. I’ve never seen that level of care and attention from any dealership before. I’m quite sure I’ll be back.
