Agnes is the best sales person I ever met. Very knowledgeable and open minded person. No any rush and pushing you to buy… Feels like we become a very good friends just in couple hours, and absolute pleasure to work with Agnes. Don’t waste your time on a small no-name dealership with the broken cars resellers, and not approved to finance through the major banks with good rates! We feeled the difference in a gorgeous, place in Aston Martin, Downers Grove with the great customer service. We bought a 2018 Mercedes for 30K$ With low mileage, full service history on dealership and great condition! + extended warranty for 6 years, bumper-to-bumper coverage service on Mercedes dealership for 4K$ with 100$ deductible (didn’t plan and not forced to buy warranty, but it is to good to skip) I was a cosigner for my friend, with no credit history and we still get a bit over 8% interest and 5K down payment + complimentary 1 year hand car wash on the dealership.

On Dec 5th 2023, I purchased a vehicle from Agnes for my daughter. Agnes gave me excellent customer service. She was very very nice and so patient and explained everything to me in detail about the vehicle I purchased. Agnes went over and beyond and brought the vehicle to our home to show us.
