Great experience buying my Range Rover!

Great experience buying my Range Rover! Very helpful. Honest! Car exceeded my expectations when delivered (bought remotely and delivered). Staff very knowledgeable and provided all information about the car without pestering me with excessive sales pressure. Will go back!

Felt entirely rushed throughout the entire purchasing

Felt entirely rushed throughout the entire purchasing process of buying a used car from them. In which I asked if the car has been serviced and the person who sold me this vehicle said it was serviced and the brakes were done. FFW 3 weeks after I have had the car the oil change indicator is on and they say “well there are laws against waste and since the oil change light wasn’t on we didn’t do it” seems like changing the oil when it’s due within the next month isn’t that wasteful. Would not recommend working with this dealership. Luckily they had the exact car (trim and color) I wanted otherwise I would have gone somewhere else and will definitely next time.

I came in to Napleton of Aston Martin located in Downers Grove without an appointment and got welcomed and treated nicely from the start. Margaret, the Sales Rep, worked with me as well as the General Manager with no pressure and we closed a deal. Margaret made this process so easy and smooth for me!
