My salesperson, Mike Jaber, was simply spectacular. From day one, his approach was enthusiastic, dedicated and honest. Being met with such kindness at every turn of the process was such a refreshing departure from other Audi and BMW dealerships I've leased with over the years. Above and beyond such exceptional customer service, Audi Downtown LA offers pricing that's untouchable by other Audi dealerships in Los Angeles. Hassle Free
I like receiving the video underneath the car, all the text updates, pre-pay in advance online option, UBER ride to and from appointments, car wash and the 15% discount coupon received online. AND nice staff.

Incredibly poor experience with the service department
Incredibly poor experience with the service department here. I took the car in for 3 things: a recall service, a noise, and a problem with my navigation system. After taking AN HOUR AND A HALF to check me in and give me a loaner (the loaner was having its oil changed, the loaner had no gas, etc.), they kept my car for a week. When I got the car back, the only thing that had been fixed was the recall. They completely ignored the problem with the nav system - didn't even address it. But the kicker was the noise the car was making. They told me that the noise was coming from a part inside the engine that was "critical to safety" but unfortunately it would cost $5K to fix it because they had to take everything out and put it all back in again to fix this one part (the lock carrier). No negotiation, and they pushed me hard to complete this repair especially after I told them I was getting a second opinion. Seriously, who just pays $5K without asking questions? Anyway, when I took the car to an independent mechanic, he accurately diagnosed the noise coming from under my passenger seat and found a lipstick rolling around under the floor on that side. He charged me $60 to fix it. Unless you like being scammed and lied to, stay far away from this dealership.
