Excellent Service all around. From Amy the receptionest, who took my initial call. To Brian the salesman who helped me find the truck I was looking for. And finally Holly the finance manager who was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with.

Should use sell tactics

Was called and told someone was interested in a Dodge Dart, would I be willing to trade mine in. I would, it is a death trap during any type of snow. I asked about accidents on this vehicle, report was pulled up, simple fender bender accident, sales rep made it a point to let me know that It was obviously nothing and fixed. At quick glance before test driving, you could not notice that tailgate, bumper cover, and rust where this was supposedly repaired. Nothing that can’t be repaired and fixed easily but still upsetting. I knew how much my car was worth, I knew the total if the truck. Prior to signing paperwork, I was not told once how much I was being given for my car for trade in, it was when I was signing the dotted lines I got to see and I was very unhappy for the amount given for my car-which was in great condition. As this individual just started to show me a pamphlet on warranty coverage, someone walked in and started asking me questions. I turned back to the individuals showing me warranty information, it was gone and tucked away. Found out as I’m signing the final car paperwork, it was an additional 3k to have this warranty. Love this truck though, just pretty upset about not being told things, not discussing the amount i would be getting for the gay this resulting in upside down loan, and being told repairs were done when they were not.

Fantastic experience!

We recently had a fantastic experience at Bob Ruth Ford. Our salesman, Devon Traverso was very helpful, flexible, and knowledgeable. He allowed us to make many visits to test drive a variety of pick ups. He even allowed us to drive them home to see if they fit in our garage! We truly appreciated his no pressure approach and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Also, our experience with the finance department was wonderful, quick and easy! We love our new to us F150. We’ll be back to Devon and Bob Ruth Ford when it comes time to purchase our next vehicle.

Just came home with a 2016 f150 thanks to Brandon. He made the experience perfect and easy. Awesome guy to work with he’s guaranteed to find you the vehicle you want. 2016 Mini Cooper

Brian Crespo was assigned to our inquiry and met us at the door! He was very courteous, good listener and personable. He quickly had us in the Mini for a test drive and happily headed home in the Mini within an HOUR!
