Purchased Jeep, parked it so close to building when they showed it to me, when I got in, I could not see drivers side front panel that was dented. Very shady and dishonest

Never been to a more disorganized group of idiots in my

Never been to a more disorganized group of idiots in my life! Had an appointment and was supposed to buy a 2025 Buick encore gx at noon today. Arrived early and salesman had us test drive car and then fill out paperwork. Thought it was strange car was filthy and only had enough gas to go 17 miles. After finishing paperwork alleged sales manager named taxis coltan comes out and claims the car was sold and hour ago. I asked what he was offering instead and he offered a 2019 Mazda with 50,000 miles?? I explained that wasn’t good enough and asked him to search the web for a similar car with under 5000 miles. He claimed he wasn’t authorized to do that?? AVOID THIS HELLHOLE AT ALL COSTS!!!

I had a great experience at Bob Ruth Ford. The selection was amazing and the prices were unbeatable. I bought a 2024 Nissan Altima and the whole process was easy and painless. Ethan was my sales rep and he was very freindly and listened to our needs with no pressure. Great dealership!

🚨 🚨 This dealership sold a vehicle to my friend.

🚨 🚨 This dealership sold a vehicle to my friend. When she purchased, she told them she wanted anything that was wrong with the vehicle fixed. She was told it was good to go. Almost (4k) in repairs…. A few weeks went buy and the oil light came on, I popped the hood checked it, added oil and not a week later the light was back on. We took it to Bob Ruth and somehow they were able to diagnosis the car without it leaving the parking stall in the lot behind the repair shop. It’s no wonder they missed the two failed wheel bearings creating a great safety issue. They left her drive off their lot with failed wheel bearings on the steer tires that could heave lead to death or serious injury. I was a witness as well as a Surgeon. This place claims to be a family dealership, but I can re assure you it is not. This family is sitting in delray while they let someone threaten customers/potential customers after going to the business manager with great concerns….. it appears he was unable to be professional about matters and rather than simply making it right he gave the cold shoulder….its okay, intimidation doesn’t work with me. The veins popping out in his head really brought out that cute dermal! We have been in contact with the state inspection agency regarding this issue. Bob Ruth claims just because we didn’t use their free oil changes that’s why the engine is blown. This dealership is full of liars and very deceptive business practices. 🚨
