Internet "Bait & Switch"!

NOT TO BE TRUSTED! We received an internet quote And via text (2) texts. After informing sales that we would be driving over 2 hours from NEPA with 2 large Newfoundland dogs and politely asking that there be No Surprises, test drove the car, agreed on any necessary items to be addressed, were then told that the price was $900 more than quoted. To further attempt to insult our intelligence, they then tried to explain that they were losing money on the car, even at the $900 overcharge! Let's ALL be real folks...no business is in business to lose money. DON'T BE TAKEN BY THEIR INTERNET PRICING, especially if you are not local.

Great Service after the Sale

Had a paint issue with my 2016 Explorer and Bob Ruth Ford went out of their way to make it right backing me with Ford. This is what makes lifetime Customers.

I’ve dealt with Devin on a few occasions he has made the car buying process simple and fun! He really takes care of his customers and it’s a super low pressure sale, all in all great experience from Devin and Bob Ruth Ford!

Very Pleasant Experience

5 stars all around. Brad, Tony, Jordan and the entire staff at Bob Ruth made our visit pleasant and painless. We were able to find what we were looking for, figure out our price point, and make a deal in no time. Only tiny tiny tiny complaint was we forgot to ask for a full tank of gas and they forgot to give us one.... so we have to fill it up now, but other than that it was a great experience.
