Amazing experience!!

Dave Galaspy helped me. I came in with a car with well over 200,000 miles and he got me out and in a new vehicle I love and is within my budget!

Disappointed with my last visit.

I recently took my 2016 focus here for Inspection, but was told my wipers, and two tires needed replaced. They were correct that I needed one tire due to a size difference. The other mentioned tire was less than a year old. I knew this tire didn?t need to be replaced. Also the wipers were only a month old as well. I had recently replaced them due to inspection coming up. I felt the repairs they were stating were not needed. I replaced the tire that was the incorrect size and took my car to another shop, and he found the wipers and tire to be in perfect condition. This was the only time I?ve had a bad experience at Bob Ruth ford, but I will definitely take my car to another shop going forward.

A very pleasant car buying experience. Lino was very helpful and patient. Michael explained the financing end very well.

Had an intermittent issue with backup camera going black....

Had an intermittent issue with backup camera going black. They replaced apim. Worked with service manager Christine. Very good at explaining everything and keeping me up to date. So far so good. Was still under warranty.

Best car buying experience I've ever had!

My son was buying his first real car and Brandon Parker was his sales associate. Super nice guy, he really listened to what my son wanted and didn't pressure him or try to lead him to something he couldn't afford. My son picked up his car last night! I was so impressed by the dealer and Brandon that I bought a car and picked it up this afternoon! The dealership was welcoming, friendly, and clean. Was a great buying exerience!!
