Purchasing a new car can be a very stressful experience. However, this was not the case at Mullinax Ford Apopka. Adam Perez actually made it an enjoyable experience. Stopped in and met with Mark Traeger, took a test drive of a new 2014 F-150 XLT, got a quick quote with no pressure. Wanted to take a day to think about it. Called the next day set up an appointment, picked a color and completed the deal. Took delivery almost immediately. Probably the easiest personal vehicle buying experience we have ever had.

I have purchased autos from Mullinax Ford for the past 22 years. My first purchase was with Tracy Taylor who was Lease Manager at that time. Since then I have purchased many cars. Each time I entered the show room Tracy has been kind enough to come out of his office to meet me and my wife and spend a few moments with us. When Tracy was promoted he introduced us to Cesar Malano. We were very pleased with the service he rendered us. In the past years whenever we came in we asked for Cesar and he always did a fine job and answered all our questions. One time when we were finished with the paperwork the car was not ready for delivery he told us to go home and he would deliver the car to our home when it was ready - which he did. On our August 26 trip Tracy helped Cesar with the paper work so we could be on our way. Cesar is a great gentleman, a good salesman and you can be proud to have him on your staff.

I am a returning customer for my second purchase from this dealership. Good inventory of the vehicle I am intereseted in with the correct mix of upgrade options package. Recommend salesman Ryan Ortiz for fair trade-in and sales transaction follow through.

This was the second vehicle purchased at Mullinax; the purchases were 7 years apart. Each time I began with communication with the internet sales. Both times Randy was the salesman. He was very helpful and we set up a meeting at the showroom. Randy took the time to find out what my wife and I wanted. He then took us on the lot to look at several different models. He answered all of our questions. We test drove the one we liked most. Once we settled on the vehicle, the negotiations were quick and fair. He came back with exactly what he said would be the offer. I like the way the sales person handles all the paperwork, with a manager review/approval at the end. This made the process of completing the paperwork much faster. Ransy followed up with some items in a couple of days. I have received correspondence from Ford about my personal account and several follow up contacts from Mullinax. Everything has been professional, courteous and prompt.

This was the best new car buying experience! My salesman, Warren, was friendly. He made sure he showed me only vehicles within my price range and with the options I was interested in. At the end of the visit he reviewed the final numbers and financial options available. My intention that day was to gather information about the Escape and return home to do further research and make an informed decision. I was never pressured to purchase the vehicle that day. As the visit was ending, I was asked if taking the vehicle overnight would help me with my decision. I eagerly accepted their offer and drove the vehicle home that night. After driving the vehicle 24 hours and finalizing my research, I felt very confident about my decision to purchase an Escape. I look forward to my continued relationship with Mullinax in their service department.

Mullinax Ford has a great selection of both new and used cars. My husband and I have bought vehicles from here before. Our car buying experiences have always been good. Our most recent purchase was of a brand new vehicle. Frankie, our salesman, took care of our concerns in a timely manner and made sure we were happy with everything throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend talking to Frankie when you go to Mullinax.

I have purchased many new cars including multiple BMW's, a Mercedes-Benz, and several other mid to high end cars. This is the first time I have ever purchased a car and felt good about the entire transaction. From the initial contact with Sean Cahill (my sales person) through my initial weeks of ownership, I cannot give a higher recommendation than that which I give to Mullinax Ford in Apopka. I told them the car that I was interested in which they had listed in their inventory and Sean proceeded to tell me about the features of this car including a tgest drive in a "runner" vehicle equipped with near identical options. I believe the key to the wonderful buying experioence I had was due to the knowledge of Sean who had been in the service department of Mullinax Ford for 13 years prior to him joining the sales team. The vehicle I wanted (color, equipment) had not yet arrived in the dealer inventory; however, my current vehicle was appraised and valued and the price of the desired car was presented to me and the deal was at least as good as I expected. When the car did arrive, Sean and I set up a time for us to meet where my better half could be present (many many hours of work). The appointment was for 7 P.M. on a Wednesday evening. Although I did suffer a minor case of writers cramp from signing all of the government required forms, we managed to leave the dealership a little over an hour later. Again, Sean went over our vehicle with us and thanked us for the opportunity to xxxx us meet our vehicle desires. After the fact, Sean has contacted us several times to see how our continued Mullinax Ford experience is happening and if we had any questions that he could help us with. This service is superior to either of the BMW dealers or the Mercedes-Benz dealer where we purchased new cars. As you thank me for the sale, I thank you for making this a totally pleasant experience.

I just purchased an F150 from Mullinax ford. After researching the truck and the best prices on line and talking with other dealerships, I was able to get a truck from Mullinax that had more options at a better price than anywhere else in Orlando. There was no haggling, and no dealer markup, which made this the best car/truck buying experience I have ever had. I am very happy with my purchase and will be recommending Mullinax to others looking for a new vehicle.
