I will definately purchase another vehicle from Mullinax. I was my first time buying from them. I have told a few people that they should go to Mullinax. I went to two other dealerships and felt like I was getting bullied into purchasing a vehicle at a price that I knew was not acceptable. Mullinax was straight forward with no pushiness. I drove from Cocoa to Apopka to shop at Mullinax. It was a nice change in vehicle purchasing and worth the drive for me.

I challenged my salesman to locate a specific color and trim package level 2014 Focus ST. When one was not available in the states of Florida or Georgia, we proceeded to special order one. He was able to keep me up to date and provide the details I requested to track the car through the build process. Once it arrived, he had it ready for delivery on the day and time I requested. He worked with me via email, which for my schedule, worked very well. This was my second purchase from Mullinax Ford in Apopka.

We were looking for a Focus ST and Mullinax had 8 of the 11 within 150 miles from our home in Jacksonville. Their "Up-Front" pricing listed online was accurate and there were no gimmicks or extra fees added on to the bottom line. We called in the morning and the dealer we worked with took us through all the numbers over the phone and even prepared the paperwork for us before we got there. We payed a little less than we were originally hoping and it was exactly what we were quoted over the phone but it was much less than the other dealerships with the same car. Buying a new car is usually so stressful and Mullinax made it so easy. We didn't have to worry about trying to talk them down and worry about getting screwed over. We had a great experience and will definitely consider buying from them again.
