20K service

Service was completed in the time frame promised. Customer waiting area was bright, clean, and allowed for social distancing. I like the renovations to the building.

Swift work

Went in for the works, oil change, fluids top off, and what not. They did a great job, from start to finish. Quick and easy. Word.

Service Appointment

Lyman was great as usual. However the service department left it pretty dirty inside not to mention they left their face masks in the car.

Ford Peacock

I had my car service by a new wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable young man named Tom. He made my visit very comfortable and provided me with a shuttle ride to get home. He kept me informed of the service my car needed and sent the shuttle to pick me up so that I can retrieve my car. I am happy to have met Tom and worked with him. I recommend working with Tom. Customer service

Peacock Ford has improved their customer service experience since buying the previous dealership which I had been a customer for over 20 years. The employees there make the difference, being efficient, knowledgeable and responsive to the maintenance of my vehicles. Tom is my go to guy in the service department and goes above and beyond in my opinion. Stella always has a smile and makes sure things are squared away. These people are why we continue to bring our vehicles here for service and the mechanics do excellent work we can depend on.
