Took my car to Ford 5 times an its still not fixed. ! Wosrst Place to Go Jordan thinks he's the Mechanic Bad Customer Service. BOTTOM LINE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE PERIOD. I'LL NEVER EVER GO BACK WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WAS AT WINTER PARK PEACOCK FORD!!!@

Liars, real jerks and disrespectful.

Liars, real jerks and disrespectful. I was $500 dollars away to buy a $63k and was ready to pay it until I got their response. I cancelled the deal went to get the same exact truck with a couple more options for $1500 less than what I was willing to pay them. Great job. Now I have the truck I want and a little better. They didn’t make the sale and got a nasty review. Sales is about attitude. You can’t be disrespectful to someone who is ready to put a check on the table that includes your commission.

Team Peacock Ford takes 1st place

I’ve owned over thirty vehicles so I have a lot of experience with dealers. Peacock Ford in maitland/winter park is a great ran dealership thats backed up by an even better parts and service department. All the guys behind the parts counter are there to help you out with any issues you might have. Steve has helped me numerous times and I can’t thank him enough. This is my sixth F150 and my next will be purchased from here for sure! Thank you Team Peacock for taking over Don Reid. I have a Ford family at Peacock that is always there to help buy, sell, or fix. Thank you to all the staff and management that makes the magic happen, your truly the best!

Peacock Ford needs to Honor their commitment.

Our 2019 Ford Fusion broke down @ 9:30 am on a Thursday, 75 miles from home. We used Ford road-side assistance for a tow. We had called multiple times to have the car towed .5 miles to Peacock Ford. Each call they would state… “oh they will be there in 20mins”. We would call again, same thing just 20 more mins. They had scheduled 3 different tow-trucks. The first one never showed… the second called and said he couldn’t pick up the car that we needed a flatbed… finally the 3rd showed up at 2:30 pm. When we got the car to the service department, we spoke with Mike G. Told him the issue we are having with the car. He checked the VIN and stated the car had displayed 6 error codes. I told them we need to get a loaner car… he stated they do not give out loaner cars anymore. He proceeded to inform me they have a contract with Hertz for cars. I explained that we have an extended warranty. I gave him the information and he stated that the warranty would cover the cost of the rental car. He then gave my wife a voucher for 350.00 for the rental car. And took her to the Hertz rental location. Hertz proceeded to put a hold on my charge card for $50. On Friday, I called Mike G to inquire about my car. He stated that the repairs would be over $5,000.00 dollars and the extend warranty company would be out on Tuesday to verify the repairs and cost. On Friday of the next week, (9 days from when we dropped the car off), I received a call from Mike G stating the car is complete. We expected to pay the $100.00 deductible for our extended warranty. The total that was on the work order was approx. $2,000.00 … which was WAY lower than what I was quoted 9 days earlier. I dropped the rental car with Peacock Ford for delivery back to Hertz. Because Peacock Ford had a contract with Hertz it would be taken care of getting back to them. We started our checkout process and received a bill for $384.56! We ask what it should only be $100.00!! They stated the warranty company did not cover the price of the rental. I explained to the rep that we were told from Mike G that it was covered and that is why we he gave us a $350.00 voucher. If I would have known that the car was not covered, I would have taken the car back the next day when I went home to get my other car. I was explicitly told from the Peacock Ford Rep that the car was covered! So I was not thinking that I would have to pay for the rental. After all of this Hertz then ran my CC for 143.73 for 14 gallons of gas! I’m very outraged with Peacock Ford for 1 suggesting that they have a CONTRACT with Hertz which made it seem that “Don’t worry.. it’s all taken care of” and with Mike G reassuring me that it was covered and provided a $350.00 voucher. I took them at their word. So currently I’m out $280.00 paid to Peacock Ford for the rental car plus $143.73 for 14 gallons of gas! So, $423.73 for something that should not have happened. Peacock Ford should be responsible for $423.73, because their repetitive Mike G in service reassured me that it was a covered cost and providing a $350.00 voucher for the rental. Also because they have a contract with Hertz… Peacock Ford should have notices that state… if you have a Hertz Rental… you must fill up yourself or you will be charged $10.00 a gallon! This is a SCAM. If Peacock Ford has a contract, then the need to Honor their comment and pay for the rental. Ford used to give loaners the people who have there car in for extended service.

My service Representative at Peacock Ford Maitlan

I have been bringing my vehicles to this dealership for 15 + years , always looked forward to meeting with my service representative Lyman , always so polite and concerned also attentive . Always very responsive and thorough and saw the job through to the point of walking you out to your completed vehicle and reviewing service performed. Lyman is the Best .

Terrible service

Service is poor and expensive. Very difficult to reach a human being or schedule an appointment. I called ten times during an hour and a half and still haven't gotten a response. Don Reid was great, but Peacock is the pits since ownership change.

Horrible

Went to browse was greeted by Christian.. test drove a car.. ended up buying a pick up truck. Christian had no knowledge of the car, kept going to ask his manager. Harassed me with txt messages about buying another car from them. Manager didn’t want to budge at all on anything.. said he didn’t care about losing a customer. just a horrible experience overall. Was promised a hitch for the truck which is $15-$20 and never got it.. was told the next day they can oder it for me. Place is a joke, would never go back.

Great service

My service specialist Lyman is very knowledgeable and a courteous person I always use Lyman for my services on my 2 Fords the repair and maintenance was done quickly

Our service advisor, Jeff, is the man! He always takes great care of me and my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. He is always a friendly face that greet us as soon as we arrive. Keeps us in great communication during the day while our cars in service. I always feel confident driving off the lot after my car has been taken care of.
