Robin provided excellent customer service. I had a vehicle in mind going in, and he pulled it up right away and explained the features thoroughly. He cared about my experience and it was no pressure and not intimidating. Test drive went great, financing was smooth, and he made sure the vehicle was able to sync to my phone. Robin had it gassed up and cleaned and ready. I'm happy with my purchase and customer service experience with Robin and other staff.

New dealership and first time on the lot. They had a good inventory and helpful staff. Our salesman Jade was amazing throughout the entire purchasing process. He had a great personality, very honest and knowledgeable, which made our experience and decision easier than anticipated. Victor in finance was also outstanding. He actually made the purchase fun and exciting, because of his interest in our needs, he was very helpful in maintaining within our guidelines and better than expected. It was a great experience, love our new vehicle, and will be returning for our next vehicle purchase.

Salesman Jose Saint-Hilaire did a great job selling me a car today. After looking at vehicles for a few minutes outside I was proceeding to leave until Jose stopped me midway getting into my vehicle. He was the first and only one to speak to me during my time at Peacock Ford prior to our encounter. He was professional and extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. He helped me get out of a bad situation I was in with my prior car. Thanks to him I was able to drive away in a new vehicle. I highly recommend Jose if you are looking for a vehicle.

He went out of his way to make sure I found the perfect car I was looking for.

Our sales representative (Jade ) was new but very friendly. Willie and Ron were Sr. Sales professionals that jumped into the process and made the entire experience excellent. Willie in particular went above and beyond to make sure I made the right decision to suit my needs. Willie was and is invaluable !

My wife and I recently purchased a new Explorer from Peacock Ford and we were very pleased with the professionalism and level of service we received from everyone involved in the buying process. Jade Gross was the salesman we dealt with and he was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all the questions we had and took the time to thoroughly explain all the different features of the vehicle we ended up purchasing. He worked to get us a fair price that we were happy with and also went out of his way to retrieve a sentimental item we inadvertently left in the vehicle we traded in. We will definitely return and do business here in the future.

On 9/04/2017 I was visiting family in Florida. We were out browsing new vehicles and I had visited several dealers in the area looking ar new trucks. When I arrived at Peacock Ford I was greeted by salesman Jade Gross. We started talking about the 2017 F-150 and had to look no further! He was extremely friendly and informative on the vehicle specs which was great! Jade sat down with me and was very thorough with every detail and made the whole experience a piece of cake!
