Jericho is a pleasure to deal with. He introduced himself in a friendly manner and smile and provided plenty of respect and easily understood what we were looking for. He provided us a vehicle that we did not know was there and in our price range. We drove it around with him for which he was very knowledgeable and helpful with our questions. First, I drove over three hours to go see a BMW X3.
First, I drove over three hours to go see a BMW X3. When I got there. They had sold the car the night before that I’ve been discussing with Felicia for almost a week. If I could rate this dealership 100 stars I would I ended up buying a BMW X one made $1000 down payment Worked out the loan agreement signed everything and left about two weeks later I get a call from the loan department saying they never received the paperwork and I needed to get in touch with the dealership. I tried calling them every day for over three weeks to get in touch with them left multiple voicemails for Mohammed Never got a return call then get called today December 20, 2024 and was told that the loan was they pulled back the loan and they got another loan for me. I said OK almost all day went by. I get text message from Mom did they found another loan department but I need to put another $800 down and that my payment would go up by almost $200 Didn’t feel right to me. I spoke with my husband about it. We hired an attorney. I’m now gonna give the car back and probably lose my money because when I asked for it, they told me they have to look at the mileage on the car first never heard of that at all, but OK whatever liars The only good thing they have about this place I have to give my car back because of a mistake they made ……is the salesman Jericho and the front desk Felicia if they are smart, they will get out while they can. The two voicemails I did get were threatening about returning the car or they were gonna call. I’ve never been treated bad in my life. I’ve never been told Mohammed is the worst financial person there do not get him if you do run run run

I didn’t buy a car from them but was treated so well I
I didn’t buy a car from them but was treated so well I would highly recommend Napleton’s to anyone buying a used car. They had two 330 I BMW’s. One was black, one was white. One vehicle had the exterior color we wanted but not the interior. The other had the interior but not the exterior. Not their fault we didn’t buy a car from Napleton’s, it was us.

Terrible experience. Like many used car dealerships, it was a total “BAIT AND SWITCH “. I wouldn’t recommend them and I wouldn’t buy a lug nut from them even if it was free.
