Vehicle Sales & Service Department

I purchased my vehicle there, I got a great price and the purchase process went well. I have been to there Service Department and they are very fast, knowledgeable and very polite. The Service Manager ?Tony? was very knowledgeable, polite and made things go very smoothly every one of my visits.

Great customer service!

I am leasing a 2013 Chevy Cruze and was very happy with the quality of service I received during the process. I was even more impressed with the outstanding people in the Service and Body Shop. Especially Danielle in the Service Dept. She went above and beyond when handling my service and repair issues in order to get me in and back out in the shortest amount of time. Thanks again!

New Car Sale

Easiest car purchase ever. Sales rep., Dave was outstanding. Very patient with us. We had lots of questions. Respected our wishes when we wanted some time to make a decision. Definitely, not a pushy sales person. Travis, in finance, took time to answer all questions we had concerning financing and other options available for protection of our new vehicle.

new truck sale

Sam and Bryan did an outstatnding job tag teamimg and getting my new truck deal done. I also liked how Christine in Finance got me a good rate with warranty included thanks to everyone. Love my new truck!!!!!!!!!

Finally A great Dealership!

I have owned 5 Chevrolet trucks, 3 of which I bought brand new.I just bought my 2013 silverado from Bob Steele Chevrolet. They had my truck in stock,the right color,the option I wanted,and the price I was willing to pay. I had a great experience at Bob Steele Chevrolet. Salesman knew the product well and I feel I was treated fair on the deal I got on my trade in truck. I will definitely buy from this dealership again, and have already recommended to a friend.

Service

I just love the service I get at Bob Steele. Everyone is always so friendly and the service is quick and done right. My Friend Eloise recently had her Toyota serviced at her Toyota dealer and they didn't wash it after so she called and asked why and they said that they no longer do that. I spoke up and loudly said Bob Steel does. I have never had a bad deal with Bob Steele. I will not hesitate to buy another vehicle there.

Love my truck

Although there wasn't much inventory to pick from in the 2500 and 3500 trucks, you had one and I left with it. The negotiating stage was a little "rough" but we came to an agreement. I am happy with my truck thus far, and I don't believe that will change.
