Going somewhere else

I spent $1747.00 and my car still is not fixed....after they supposedly fix it they test drive it and then I get it home and it is doing the same thing..... I am not even going to bother with throwing my money away...I will take it somewhere that WILL fix the problem ��

One person among many to make a positive experienc

Needed to come in for my battery to be changed out , I called first just to make sure that it would not be a problem and I even had intention to leave my car. When I got to the dealership, which was 10 minutes later , no one in the service department even remembered taking a call. The men in the service area seemed like they all hated the world and were not very accommodating, but there was one ray of sunshine by the name of Kristine , who was so willing to help and even get me out of there sooner than I thought. It is so great to see one positive individual that is so willing to make a customers experience positive.

Wentto Mike Erdman Nissen for service got new car

Started out getting service on my 2015 Rogue wound up leaving with a new 2017 Rogue. Couldn't pass up the deal.

Amazing

When I went in I was scared but chis was amazing and made it a piece of cake and made it a good experience for me I am glad I went in to see him and I get to build my credit

Wasn't thinkin' Lincoln

Late on a Sunday afternoon I stopped into Erdman Cadillac. Was greeted by the most pleasant non sales- person I have ever dealt with. Glenn Painter had the most relaxed attitude during the presentation and test rides. Closing time was fast approaching but I was never rushed. I bought a very nice used Lincoln from this Cadillac dealer. I was determined to buy a car from this gentleman. The entire operation; the managers, and the business office stayed two hours past closing time to help me complete the purchase. Great people all. Thanks to all.

Great Service Depy

The service dept is well run. the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for routine service and a recall notice was discovered. Even though I did not have an appt. for the recall work they made sure I received a loner.
