As always Vicki Finder provided excellent service. From making the appointment to picking up my ELR she treated me like the most valued customer you have ever had. She knows my high expectations for service to my car and ensured every one of them was exceeded. Vicki is the reason I have my cars serviced at Mike Erdman Cadillac as she treats me both personally and professionally with the utmost courtesy, respect and care and ensures my car receives the same pampered treatment. No hassle dealership

Just purchased my 4th vehicle from Erdman Cadillac. Sales people are friendly and do not use high pressure sales tactics. I felt I got a fair deal on all of my vehicles. Service has been excellant. I never dread visiting this dealership like I have others in the past.

I really am impressed with the customer service that your dealership has always shown me. Vicky in service always goes above and beyond to accommodate my requests. She always works with my schedule.I live in Orlando, but I have only had my vehicle serviced from your company. From the start of my search, your salesmen and all of your professional staff have really impressed me. I have never gotten the customer service from any other dealership that I have experienced with your company. I look forward to a long relationship with your dealership in the future.

Happy with My AWD CT6

Harry Moore is the best, he went beyond the old addict of car salesman. His love and passion showed when explaining the operation and care of the vehicle. He even came to our home to set/change the setting for the garage door opener. He insure we were completely satisfied, he the best car salesman I have worked with. This is the fourth Cadillac that I have purchased from Mike Erdman Dealer ship. Harry is honest, and easy to work with.

FIRST CLASS DEALERSHIP

Our experience with the sales department was a pleasurable one to say the least. This experience exceeded expectations. We felt an atmosphere of calmness and serenity throughout the dealership. Mike Erdman Cadillac is better than the average dealerships that we have dealt with in the past. There is a feeling of comfort and mutual respect with each other while conducting business.

Customer Service issues

I was interested in a vehicle and asked many questions. I lived 2.5 hours away so wanted to be sure to get all the answers prior to traveling with my husband/newborn baby. I asked to put a deposit down to hold the car until we got there but they said it wasn't their policy. So we packed up our things the following morning (Sunday). The night prior the vehicle was still available, but had not gotten a response to my answers and had no responses for several hours until mid day Sunday that it was gone. Also received canned template emails from the manager with offers to have the vehicle delivered for test drives ... But no actual answers. Again no response in 2 days. Frustrating experience with no answers to questions asked and waste of time for our family.
