Luxury service!

Salesman Jorge Aragon made my experience getting a new vehicle a pleasure! He was patient with my indecision on which model to get, and spent copious time making sure I got what I wanted when I finally did decide. Thomas Mahlstedt in service was also wonderful as well. Infiniti Manager Joe was professional and courteous and checked in to make sure I was happy. I cannot thank this team enough for making sure every detail was attended to, and making my experience a pleasurable one. Many thanks to all of you! Oh, and by the way... I'm in love with my new Infiniti Q50!

Jorge was awesome!

Great time!

Tony, Saul, and Kevin were great people. Starting from my test drive to closing the my lease deal. When test driving the Q50 Saul was able to show me all the specs of the car and allow new to drive the car and test its full potential. Tony did an excellent job in getting me a great deal on my lease. Lastly, Kevin did a good job on showing and explaining to me what all the different buttons do as well as connecting my phone via Bluetooth to the car.

Excellent Service

From the moment my wife and I met Mr. Mouris he was polite and seem excited to help us. This was our best car buying experience we've had over the past 20 years of us buying vehicles. Even the Finance person, was courteous and friendly. An all around great experience for us.

Great Service from Chris Caballero

I went over to metro Nissan where I waited 30 min. To see a Sales rep about trading my car. At this point I was already pretty upset due to the wait as they had over 20 sales reps standing around in the front. After seeing the price sticker on an Altima for 32k I told the guy I minus well walk across the street for a Lux Q50. Best desicion to cross across the street to INFINITY of Montclair where Chris Caballero greeted me immediately. He took my straight to my Q50 sticker price 33k. I test drive it and it was a no brainer, the rest was history. I will be returning for future business, great customer serves and everyone treats you with respect. Love my car and enjoyed being there everyone was super friendly. And I got an amazing deal thanks again Chris.

Great service

Fast and easy to deal with Kevin Gonzalez. Very kind and knowledgeable. He was also very attentive and patient to go over the new car with us. Very efficient, will definitely come back.

Great Experience

This was the second vehicle that I have bought at this dealership and I have not been disappointed. The moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile, and treated like family. My salesperson Jorge was exceptional again and Joe was able to get me a great deal! Best dealership I've been too.

Infiniti of Montclair is probably the only dealership I'll ever go to. Kris Starks helped me with getting my new car! He made sure everything was perfect. He reassured I was happy with every detail and didn't try to up sale me just to make some money. He really cared about what I wanted and thought. I'll be asking for him every time. Thank you!

Excellent Customer Care!

Best treatment in a dealership thus far! First time with Inifiniti and we absolutely loved our car. Andy even though is new had great knowledge of the vehicle and its features and Tony and Manuel made the closing experience painless! All the staff from the Front Desk to Management were very kind to my family and made us feel comfortable. Thank you again!
