I bought my QX60 in 2019 and have been bringing it to Infiniti of Ontario for maintenance, inspections, and repairs ever since. The entire service team at Infiniti of Ontario is outstanding. Among them, Mike Longridge, who has been my service representative for many years, truly stands out and deserves special recognition and thanks. Mike has always been exceptionally attentive to my needs, addressing all my questions and concerns with care. He consistently provides valuable suggestions and thoughtful options for solutions. His extensive knowledge and expertise ensure that he recommends the best plans tailored for each customer. I feel incredibly fortunate to have him overseeing my car’s service. I honestly was always against taking my car to the dealer

I honestly was always against taking my car to the dealer because I always felt like it was gonna be pricy and thought they where just gonna keep saying thing are wrong with the car, but no, John was definitely very informative in my situation,John really made it a pleasant experience , he kept me updated almost the whole time while the turbos on my car where getting changed , definitely really grateful for how he treated me. I really recommend if you need service done you go and ask for John.

I was charged for oil changes when I had contract.

I was charged for oil changes when I had contract. When I realized what happened. Service mgr got my money refunded. I’m waiting for a response from the Finance manager to have the balance of my contract refunded since the car has been sold.

Brooke in the service department is the BEST!

Brooke in the service department is the BEST!!! Her compassion and kindness is well felt. I feel comfortable and confident in bringing my car for repair. Brooke came highly recommended when I first purchased my vehicle in 2018. Because of Brooke's customer care, it's most likely I will purchase another vehicle from Infiniti in the near future.
