Over priced service waited three weeks to long.

Over charging for service or repairs. Several weeks to get vehicle fixed for minor repairs. Extremely expensive, no communication, one of the worst Mercedes dealers I have been associated with. New England Mercedes dealers are much more reasonable, accommodating, communications is better, and people are better.

Avoid if you would like service after the sale.

I did an internet purchase on the vehicle and had a great experience, till I picked up the vehicle. I was told I would be be picked up at the airport by my sales representative Joe Green, I ended up having to take an Uber to the dealership as he was in the sales meeting. Throughout the morning he seemed extremely overstretched with other deals and activities going on. I heard several of his coworkers being very unprofessional in the comments and conversations that were being held on the sales floor, one blonde coworker yelling at an older coworker in a very demeaning tone. I was also told the vehicle comes with the warranty, but when I tried to use it I was quickly brushed off and told to take it to another AutoNation dealership none of which are close to me… Avoid this dealership if you would expect to have any type of service with your purchase.

Mercedes Service Department

The service was okay but the waiting is simple with no snack or Vending machine. Best waiting room is Dodge Arrigo of West palm beach hand down

my service experience

A dealership is never any better than its representatives. The customer care representative that took care of me twice now, Christopher Jablonski, is the reason I will keep returning.

Service

Fast and almost perfect. Almost because my only complain is that they change my seat driver position. I recomend that they can change but save in the memory the original position, so when the work is finished the seat position can be place in the original one.

Professional all the way : Elie , Ala, Paul , Mike , Stephanie and Giff were all first class and made the buying process simple. The "No Haggle " price is justifiable , you want the car or you don't. The $799 "Dealer Fee" ( add'l profit a dozen other lame reasons ) thrown in at the signing IS NOT. However, as a shrewd negotiator, I was able to get a free ball cap from Giff to close the deal
