We Love Our Napleton

Lynn and Gregg Did a great job getting our backup camera and passenger light fixed. They kept us updated every step of the way via text We just want to say thank you also to the mechanic. Christian is the Best salesman ever!!!! He made my experience of scumy salesman disappear. He truly is a great person and seems to truly understand his customers and make them feel at home.

Chandler in finance really set me up for failure the very

Chandler in finance really set me up for failure the very first time I decide to lease a vehicle. Not only did he swindle me and switch prices at the very very end last minute before signing the paperwork. He forced me into having to have a co-signer to lease my vehicle all because he did not check with Chrysler where I have great standing. And have financed 2 other vehicles. In addition to raising my price significantly and screwing up my lease. When I contacted him some time after the purchase he couldn't be bothered to help me. Left me hanging for weeks telling me he was looking into things. When I ask a fourth time for the information he was beyond rude and unprofessional. Again he could not be bothered with my request. But at least this fourth time he actually told me so. "Let me drop what I'm doing to help you. You know your not my only customer." It is this in addition to terrible experience with the service department that will keep me from ever doing business with this dealership again. I do not trust them to service my vehicle as they lied to me about making repairs that were not actually done. Chandler is the rudest employee I've ever dealt with and has me stuck in a leased truck that is already way negative in equity. My family and I are about loyalty and wanted to continue to be loyal to Napletop Jeep as he have been for years now. But this was the final straw. He should be fired for speaking to customers the way that he did. Make a sale one time is great. Make a customer for life will make u more money over all than any one time deal. But good luck with that attitude and those types of employees. I'll take my business to Aarigo or Schumacher next time.
