I did not need an upgraded card and now I am paying 600$

I did not need an upgraded card and now I am paying 600$ a month and dealership would not allow me to cancel and order another car. I feel ripped off and my son who is an attorney will be issuing a claim against you.

We have purchased or lease 6 cars from this dealership.

We have purchased or lease 6 cars from this dealership. until the last one, we were pleased with the service and deals. Las time, we were told one thing and after the deal we realize that the numbers were changed against us. The number of papers that we had to go through and the time we had to spend at the dealer did not allow us to verify all the numbers. We had deal with Mr. Murcia, so we trusted him. That was a mistake. He forced the numbers to make them match what he wanted and sold us things we did not ask for. He said everything is included. Not very happy anymore. Will no recommend them to anyone.

One of the worst experiences!

One of the worst experiences! They ran my credit 7x my credit score went down. They tried to cheat me on interest rate. My car was dirty. I paid $400 for tints on car but no tints. Spoke to the manager about noises I was hearing on car and the other stuff he was so rude on phone never once apologized. I will never do business with them again! I will not recommend them and felt I got treated poorly. The car functions were not even explained. Usually they go through detail with me but this time I got nothing. The finance manager was also all about the sale not about me as a consumer. Promised and said a bunch of things and at the end I got screwed. NEVER AGAIN!!
