Customer service was great.

Customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Prince was very courteous and heard us and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our purchase.

Felt like I was being held hostage when they take your

Felt like I was being held hostage when they take your car key. Didn’t care for the added extra costs to the vehicle especially the fee they charge for getting the auto prepped for resell. That I feel is on them and the cost of reselling autos. You come in happy about the price and go out feeling sad about the extra cost. They really don’t explain enough about the process. I haven’t purchased a vehicle in 22 years. A lot has changed. In and out in one day. Who thought.

I walked out of other dealerships because I did not like

I walked out of other dealerships because I did not like the sales person and felt I coud not trust them to have ny best interests. Walid was honest and patient and I was glad to buy a car from him
