I reached out to the service manager about an issue I am

I reached out to the service manager about an issue I am having on a recalled part which has had to be replaced by Braman three times. The service manager’s name is Lidorys Boan. He was unsympathetic, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I am terribly disappointed in this dealership's service department. In the past under other service managers, it was a good experience but not with the present service manager, Lidorys Boan.

The dealership was clean A good selection of cars and busy. My salesman was professional and polite. Not the best at replying to me after the sale, but not awful. Something that irritated me was the fact that I was texting with AI and didn’t know it. Eventually figured it out when it just kept running me in circles no matter how much I asked it to do something.

Salesperson Parker Kelly was polite and not pushy.

Salesperson Parker Kelly was polite and not pushy.5 stars!He did his best to answer my questions and tried hard to help me solve the inconveniences that came up during my car buying experience at Braman Honda.The only thing Mr. Kelley didn't mention to me was that dealership wouldn't take a digital sight draft from my bank as a form of payment, which made me come back to the dealership once again. On the other hand, the financial person didn't mention anything about the sight draft either, and the manager tried to talk me into using one of their banks to buy the vehicle. On the other hand, the dealership didn't have the car ready for showing it to me, even when I told Ms. Lady Trenco on the phone that I would be there at 5 pm.Amazing! My rating:5 stars for Parker K, 3 for the dealership.
